무용학습에서 V.T.R.活用이 학업성취에 미치는 영향

Abstract

國民學校의 舞漏敎育은 創意性을 伸長시키고 合理的인 움직임을 익혀 아름다운 情緖를 함양하여 보다 完全한 人間으로 成長함을 目的으로 한다. 그러나 현싯점에서의 각 國民學被의 舞踊敎育寶態는 指導敎師의 指導力 不足과 技能의 不足에서 제대로 舞踊敍育을 責旅하고 있지 못하여 아동들의 舞踊에 대한 興味를 잃게하며 매스콤과 사회적인 영향에 따른 그릇된 舞踊의 認識과 方法으로 舞踊敎育의 沈潤化 현상을 빗고 있다. 그리고 國民學校 舞踊敎育의 硏究 不足으로 인한 敎材의 빈곤과 시설의 빈곤, 敎師의 指導能力의 빈곤은 舞踊敎育의 」目標를 도달시키는데 크게 못 미치게 하며 受業回遊에 수업缺捐 마저 일으키게 하는 要因을 만들고 있다. 따라서 이러한 현상을 克服하고 올바른 舞踊敎育의 正常化를 위한 方法으로 가장 큰 敎育的 潛在力을 가지고 있으며 無限한 가능성을 지녔다는 V.T.R의 活用을 舞踊敎育에 利用해 보려는 것이 本 硏究의 目的 이다. 따라서 本 硏究는 첫째, V.T.R을 活用한 수업모델을 作成하여 학습한 集團과 一教的인 教師의 수업모델에 의해 학습한 集團間의 學業成就度의 차이를 比較하고 두 集團間의 아동들의 舞踊學習에 대한 興味度 차이의 比較를 問題로 提示하였다. 둘째, V.T.R을 活用하여 作成된 수업모델에 의해 학습한 集團이 一般的인 敎師의 수업모델에 의해 학습한 集團보다 學業成就度는 높을 것이다와 V.T.R을 活用하여 作成된 수업모델에 의해 학습한 集團보다 무용학습에 대한 아동의 興味度는 높을 것이다로 가설적인 目標를 設定하였다. 셋째, V-T.R 施設이 되어 있는 市內 國民學校 3학년 남·여 아동 240 명을 選定하여 실험군 120명과 비교군 120명을 硏究對象으로 하였으며 硏究方法으로는 4명의 敎師가 學業成就度 測定을 위한 舞踊의 基礎技能 검사와 리듬技能 검사를 最初의 實驗受業 前과最後의 實驗受業 後에 두 集團을 通하여 測定하였으며 表現能力 검사는 각 실험수업이 끝날 때마다( 3회 ) 두 集團을 通하여 測定하였다. 興味度는 最初의 實驗受業 前과 最初의 實驗受業 後에 두 集團의 아동들에게 面接法을 通하여 조사하였다. 그 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1 . V.T.R을 活用한 수업모델에 의해 학습한 集團이 教師의 一般的인 수업모델에 의해 학습한 集國보다 學業成就度가 높았다. 2 . V.T.R을 活用한 수업모델에 의해 학습한 集團이 教師의 一般的인 수업모델에 의해 학습한 集團보다 舞踊學習에 대한 兒童의 興味度가 높았다. 따라서 V.T.R을 活用한 수업모델을 開發하여 活用하면 教師의 指導力 不足이나 技能 不足에서 오는 문젯점을 補完해 주는 教材와 補助寶料가 된다.;The primary school's dancing education has the purpose to promote the originality, cultivate the body condition properly, havi-ng the good spirity and to make complete and a wealth of knowledge people. But at this time, the primary dancing education phenomenon shows inactivity, because the teacher has not the ability and technics. Furthermore this is the results to lose the child-ren's interest for dancing and mass media and social indifference make inactivity also. This is the cause of primary dancing education deficit that primary school teachers have not efficient study for dancing, lack of facilities and leading abilities for dancing. Now I have suggestion to use V.T.R. (Video Tape Recorder)facilities to cope with above phenomenon. This is the method having a educational possibilities. These studies have - First, Suggesting two groups, one study model used the V.T.R. program and another general model without V.T.R. program. At this program, the difference between two groups there are much difference of children's interesting about their dancing program education. Second, There is a hypothesis (1) one group, using the V.T.R. program will have more achievement for study than the another group without using the V.T.R. study group. (2) In the same meaning, one study program the children's interesting for dancing, using the V.T.R. program will be more useful than another general study group. Third, Selecting the model, boys and girls 240 students downtown primary school being equipped with V.T.R. system. This is consisted of two groups, one is testing 120 students, another comparing group 120 students. As the testing method, 4teachers tested the study achievements for dancing study, - the basis talent test and the rhythm talent test-comparing, the before testing study and the after testing study. The expression study had every 3 times study finishing program, and the interesting testing method was used the interviewing test, for students through first before testing time and last after testing period. The results are as follows. 1. The study group using V.T.R. system is the higher study completion degree than the general group without using V.T.R. program. 2. The study group using V.T.R. system is the higher interesting degree of students than the general group without using V.T.R. program. Now the study model using V.T.R. system is much better to promote the dancing program study. This is covered for the teacher's lack of talent and technics.
