制酸劑와 消化酵素劑 配合에 依한 胃內 pH變動에 關한 硏究

Abstract

Digest Due to HC1 and pepsin which gastric juice flew out fundus gland and phloric gland. Concentration of HC of gastric juice in N/10 and HC1 of gastric juice do to hydrolysis of sugar, hydrolysis of pepton by protein and action of sterilization toward germs. Namely digestants promt of preparation which enzyme aid of digest and secretion Juice of digest gland. Starch into bloodsugar promt stomach acidity but repression becouse use of antiacidant is neutralization. This report preserve of optimal pH for the best digestive effect of antiacids and digestants and examine of influence factor that durability of digest enzyme activity.;消化는 胃底腺과 幽門內에서 나오는 胃液인 鹽酸과 Pep□in에 依해서 이루어진다. 胃液中의 鹽酸은 N/1.0 정도 濃度의 것으로 糖의 加水分解, 蛋白質의 peptone으로의 加水分解 및 病原菌에 對한 殺菌作用등을 하게 된다. 즉 消化劑는 消化를 돕는 酵素와 消化腺의 分泌液을 促進 시키는 製劑이다. 여기에 있어서 糖質의 血糖化는 主로 胃液의 酸性에 依하여 促進되는 것이나 여기에 制酸劑를 使用하면 이를 中和 함으로서 이들의 血糖化는 억제하게 된다. 이에 著者는 着眼하여 이들의 最適 PH를 保存하고 이들 消化酵素活性을 持續化 시킬수 있는 影響因子를 究明코져 이를 追究하였다.
