北韓의 政治敎育에 關한 硏究

Abstract

Our nation, including the South and the North, have led the same way of life as a joint organization of destiny through a long history. Divided into two sections, however, they were different from ideology and system each other, It made us choose the different way of life. The result was that they even showed enmity each, other. These ideology and system have a great effect on how to educate. And education has to be changed and fitted while we compose and develop a certain new political ideology and system. These changes are only possible through a political education. In this thesis, I should come to aim the North Korea, be showed under the rule of Kim Il Sung how to keep their dictatorial system and educate their students to communize the South through formal curriculum-the primary school, the middle school, and the college. This thesis attach importance to ideological analysis applied to the secondary data based on the precedented research materials and the documentary study. The contents are composed of three chapters. The first, in chapter II , to grasp the political education of the North Korea, I examined the political education systems of Communist on the Soviet Union and the Red China, which affect the educational system in the North Korea. And then I compared them with it. The second, in chapter III, I investigated how Kim Il Sung's only thought have been succeeded today, which plays a great part in the political education of the North Korea. I classified it periodically. The third, in chapter IV , I examined the present conditions of the political education of the North Korea ; I analysed the contents of political education included in textbooks of schools-the primary school, the middle school and the college, I analyzed teachers' duty and the students' political education in extra curriculum concentrating upon the Boy Scouts and the Sa Ro Chung. In conclusion, I contemplated the North Korea, through a political education, convert the students to an active worker of idolizing Kim Il Sung and constructing a communitarian society.;우리 民族은 오랜 歷史를 通하여 共同 運命體로서 같은 生活方式을 榮爲해냈다. 그러나 南北 分斷以後 理念과 學制를 달리하게 되어 그 結果 서로 다른 生活方式을 擇하게 되었고, 甚 至於 서로 敵對視하며 對決하는 地境에까지 이르게 되었다. 이와같은 理念과 體制는 敎育을 어떻게 시키느냐에 莫大한 影響을 끼친다. 따라서 어떤 새로운 政治理念과 體制를 樹立하고 發展시키고 爲해서는 그 政治理念과 體制에 알맞도록 變化시켜야하며 이러한 變化는 政治敎育을 通해서만 可能하게 된다. 本 論文에서는 오늘날의 金日成 獨裁體制가 可能하게 된 北韓이 그들의 共産主義 政治體制를 維持하고 나아가서 南韓까지 赤化하기 爲하여 人民學敎, 高等中學敎 大學의 定規 學敎 敎育 科程을 通해서 學生들을 어떻게 赤成化하고 있는가를 把握하고자 하는데 그 目的이 있다. 本 論文은 內容 構成은 크게 세 部分으로 나뉘어졌다. 첫째로 第Ⅱ章에서는 北韓의 政治敎育을 把握하기 爲해서 무엇보다 먼저 北韓의 政治敎育에 影響을 준 共産主義 國家의 政治敎育 卽, 蘇聯 中共의 정치교육을 검토하였다. 그리고 소련·중공·北韓敎育에 對해 相互 比較를 하였다. 둘째로 第Ⅲ章에서는 오늘날 北韓 政治敎育의 目的中 大部分을 차지하고 있는「金日成 唯一思想」이 오늘날까지 어떠한 變遷科程을 通해서 自然스럽게 이어졌는지를 時代區分하여 分析하였다. 셋째로 第Ⅳ章에서 北韓의 政治敎育 現況에 對해서 살펴보았다. 卽, 敎育行政 및 學校體制를 分析했고, 人民學校·高等中學校·大學의 敎科書를 中心으로 한 政治敎育에 對한 內容, 學生들을 指導하는 敎員의 任務 그리고 學生들의 正規受業이 아닌 課外活動中의 政治 敎育을 소년단과 사로청을 中心으로 分析하였다. 本 論文의 硏究方法으로는 先行硏究資料 및 文獻硏究를 中心으로 大部分 二次資料를 利用하는 理論的 分析에 置重하였다. 本 硏究의 結論으로는 北韓의 政治敎育을 通해서 人間改造作業을 撤底히 展開하여 共産主義 社會建設에 또는 金日成 偶像化의 力軍으로 學生들을 敎育해오고 있음을 考察하였다.
