Abstract
醫藥品으로서의 Bismuth Subnitrate의 物理化學的 性狀을 究明하고져 化學的 分析, DTA, TGA 및 粒子度 測定 實驗을 하였다. 1. Bismuth Subnitrate (k.p.)의 化學的 組成은 예컨데 pH3.0에서 生成된 것은 7B1_(2)O_(3)·6N_(2)O_(5)·5H_(2)O이었다. 2. 粒子度를 測定해 본 結果 粒子度는 pH의 상승에 따라 감소되는 경향을 나타냈으며 pH2.5에서 부터 pH5 사이에 生成된 Bismuth Subnitrate (k.p.)의 平均 粒子度는 3.6μ이었다. 3. D T A 및 T G A 實驗 結果에서 Bismuth Subnitrate (k.p.)는 320°C에서 탈수현상이 일어나며 670°C에서 分解反應이 종결됐으며 830°C 부근에서 Bi_(2)O_(3)의 融解 현상이 일어났다. 4. Alkali 溶液으로 pH를 調節하여 Bismuth Subnitrate를 製造할 때 pH조건이 2~5영역일 때 얻은 製品은 合格品이라고 간주 할 수 있다. 5. Alkali 溶液으로 pH를 調節하는 方法에서의 수득량은 전체적으로 볼때 pH조건에 따르는 차이는 그다지 없으나 pH2.5 및 pH3.0에서 가장 수득량이 많다. 그러나 비교적 少量의 熱湯으로 加水分解시키는 方法에서의 製品의 수득량은 약간 감소 되었지만 常溫에서 多量의 물로 加水分解시키는 方法에서의 製品의 수득량은 아주 감소되었다. 즉 상온에서 加水分解할 때 水量이 많아질수록 수득량은 감소한다.;The physical and chemical properties of Bismuth Subnitrate as medicine were studied by use of chemical analysis, DTA, TGA and particle-size measurements. Results are as follows: I. The empirical formula of Bismuth Subnitrate (K.P.) produced at PH 3 was 7Bi_2O_3? 6N_2O_5? 5H_2O. II. Particle size tended to decrease with higher PH5. The average particle size of Bismuth Subnitrate (K.P.) produced within the PH range of 2.5 to 5 measured 3.6μ. III. The outcome of DTA and TGA indicated a dehydration of Bismuth Subnitrate (K.P.) at 320℃. The decomposition of the compound ceased at 670℃. Bi_2O_3 was found in a state of fusion in the vicinity of 830℃. IV. In case Bismuth Subnitrate (K.P.) is produced by adjusting PH of Bismuth Nitrate solutions with sodium carbonate, Products may be considered satisfactory which are obtained within the PH range of 2 through 5. V. In case PH of Bismuth Nitrate so lot ion is adjusted with sodium carbonate, production does not vary significantly with changes in PH values. However, production reaches its peaks at PH 2.5 and at PH 3.0. When Bismuth Nitrate was hydrolysed with a relatively small amount of boiling water, the production of Bismuth Subnitrate slightly decreased. However, production of Bismuth Subnitrate drastically diminished when Bismuth Nitrate was hydrolysed with large quantities of water at normal temperature. When hydrolysing Bismuth Nitrate at normal temerature, the production of Bismuth Subnitrate decreased with increasing quantities of water.
