dc.description.abstract | The Choice of satisfactory suspending agent is of great importance in the preperation of suspensions. So the Comparative examine of suspending agents on zinc oxide suspension was examined. Four kinds suspending agents, acacia, sodium alginate, Methyl cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose were selected and determined their viscosity, sedimentation rate, dispersion rate and the effect of PH. This Study of zinc oxide suspension was made in order to select the suitable suspending agent on zinc oxide suspension It was found that the acacia suspending agent on zinc oxide suspension id the best of the other suspending agents. Especially in the examination of sedimentation rate the acacia is more slowly than the other suspending agents and do not occur agglomeration or caking | - |
