Silica Gel Column Chromatography에 依한 五味子의 有機酸의 分離定量

Abstract

The organic acids were obtained from the water extraction of crude Maximowicziae Fructus in which might be included through the ion exchange resin. The mixed solution of organic acids was treated with the silica gel column chromatography and separated to each organic acid, and then each component was estimated from the paper partition chromatography, insomuch as their contents was determined by the silica gel column chromatography.
