자연친화적 주거환경디자인 모형사례연구

Abstract

In the 21st century, interest in the world environment is being expanded, and an ecological worldview appears as a basic plan for solution. An ecological worldview has established a new vision of relationship between human and environment. This means a transition to the holistic thinking that sees human and nature as one, escaping form the dualistic thinking of the West. However, residential environment, our place of life, builds conversion of thinking. This results from materialistic industrial society, and fails to provide positive affordance in aesthetic and humanistic aspects. Hereby, I suggest a model of environmental design for the future that reflects the switchover of a paradigm taking residence (the first ground of our life) as a medium. This is processed as follows with the purpose of improving quality of life by establishing healthy and pleasant residential environment with the view point of seeing human as nature as one. Chapter 1(introduction) mentions the purpose and scope of this study. Chapter 2 makes basic theories of this study and periodic premises. - It examines the concept and affordance of environment, and suggests ecological worldview as a new turning point by indication the problems of the existing paradigm and concept. - It confirms the necessity of the approach of behavior science, and looks at the concept of the behavior science terms needed in the stage of designing. - It investigates the requests of changing design of residential environment through the existing visual materials such as newspapers and the internet. Chanter 3 extracts applying principles as the preliminary step for design in the aspect of energy saving. - It extracts consideration of place and geography as the principle of design. - It examines the meaning, function, and the method of green land. - It reviews the structure of building and space composition in relation to solar energy as the applying plan of design. - It looks at light and lighting in the sense of effective use of natural light and energy saving. - It looks at materials in the sense of healthy and pleasant use Chapter 4 identifies the intention of the researcher by applying the design principles mentioned in chapter 3 to a real object and suggesting a model case. - It identifies the meaning of design and the direction of design study. - It analyses the present state of the subject place fitting the searcher's standard as the stage of design planning, and does the site planning. - It induces a modeling form into plane and standing aspects on the basis of design application principles as design application and deduction. - It designs detailed space in the aspect of health, freshness and energy saving. - It suggests final design results and reviews the application of design principles. - It confirms adequacy by evaluating the design results presented as above. Chapter 5 generalizes this study and reconfirms its meaning. I become to understand the holistic and ecological worldview that sees human and nature as one forms a new paradigm as a design approach. This is meaningful in grouping for a way of improving quality of life, and I expect this king of direction will be generally used.;21세기를 맞아 세계의 환경에 대한 관심은 더욱 확산되고 있고 근원적 해결방안으로 생태적 세계관이 출현되었다. 생태학적인 세계관은 인간과 환경과의 관계에 대한 새로운 시각을 경험하게 하였다. 이것은 자연을 인간이 정복해야 할 대상으로 보았던 서양의 이원론적 사고에서 벗어나 자연과 인간을 하나로 보는 전일적 사고로의 전환을 의미한다. 그러나 우리의 삶의 터전인 주거환경은 이러한 사고의 전환을 반영하지 못한 채 개발과 경제성의 논리로 획일적인 경관을 조성하고 있다. 이는 물질위주의 급속한 산업사회 지향의 발전논리에 대한 결과로 미적, 인간적 측면에서 긍정적인 지원성을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이에 연구자는 우리 삶의 1차적 터전인 주거를 매개로 하여 시대적 패러다임의 변환을 반영하는 미래의 환경디자인 모형을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 자연과 인간을 하나로 보는 관점으로 건강하고 쾌적한 주거환경을 조성하여 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 목적을 두고, 다음과 같이 진행하였다. 1장 서론에서는 연구의 목적과 범위에 대하여 언급하였다. 2장에서는 시대적 전제들과 연구의 기본적 바탕이 되는 이론의 토대를 마련하였다. -환경의 개념과 지원성에 관하여 살펴보고, 기존 개념과 패러다임의 문제점을 지적하여 새로운 전환으로써 생태학적 세계관을 제시하였다. -주거환경디자인을 하는데 있어서 행태과학적 접근의 필요성을 확인하고 디자인 단계에 필요한 행태학적 용어들의 개념에 대하여 살펴보았다. -주거환경디자인에 있어서 시대적 변화의 요구에 대하여 신문과 인터넷 등 현 시각의 자료를 통하여 조사하였다. 3장에서는 디자인을 하기 위한 예비단계로써 적용원리들을 자연친화적이고 에너지절약적 측면에서 추출하였다. -장소와 지형에 관한 고려를 디자인 적용원리로써 추출했다. -녹지가 가지는 의미와 기능 그리고 식재방법을 살펴보았다. -태양에너지와의 관계면에서 건축형태와 공간구성에 관하여 디자인 적용방안으로써 검토하였다. -빛과 조명을 자연광의 효율적인 이용과 에너지 절약의 측면에서 살펴보았다. -재료에 관하여 건강하고 쾌적한 선택과 사용에 관하여 모색해 보았다. 4장에서는 앞서 3장에서 제시한 디자인 원리들을 실제적 대상에 적용시켜 모형사례를 제시하여 연구자의 의도를 타당성 있게 밝혔다. -디자인의 의미와 본 디자인연구의 전개방향을 밝혔다 -디자인계획 단계로써 연구자의 기준에 부합하는 대상지를 선정하여 현황분석을 하고 단지(團地)계획을 하였다. -디자인 적용과 도출 단계로써 적용원리에 의거하여 조형적 형태를 평면상과 입면상으로 도출하였다. -각 주거의 공간별 기능, 면적, 동선, 인간행태와 태양에너지의 고려 등에 의거하여 볼륨형태와 내부공간을 디자인하였다. -건강하고 쾌적하며 에너지 절약의 측면에서 세부공간을 디자인하였다. -최종 디자인 결과물을 제시하여 디자인 원리의 적용여부를 검토하였다. -앞서 제시된 디자인 결과물을 평가하여 타당성을 확인하였다. 5장은 본 연구를 종합하고 의의를 재확인하였다. 연구자는 본 연구를 통하여 자연과 인간을 하나로 보는 전일적이고 생태학적인 세계관이 디자인 접근 방법으로써 새로운 패러다임을 형성됨을 이해하였다. 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 연구자는 모형사례를 제시하여 우리의 삶의 질을 높이는 해결방안을 모색하는데 궁극적으로 의의를 두고 이 같은 방향이 보다 일반적으로 적용되기를 기대한다.
