Ludwig van Beethoven의 op.111 sonata 분석연구

Abstract

베토벤 ( Ludwtg van Beethoven 1770~1827) 은 고전시대 말기에서 낭만시대 초기에 걸쳐 나타난 독일의 위대한 작곡가이다. 고전파 음악의 전통 위에 매우 독창적인 양식으로 작곡을 하였으며 이러한 요소들은 19세기 낭만주의 음악가들에게 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. 당시의 독일 철학의 형이상학적 관념론과 자유, 평등, 박애를 주장하는 프랑스 혁명의 정신과 빈에서 일어나고 있었던 자유로운 감정표출을 주장하는 낭만주의 운동은 베토벤의 작품에 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. 즉 베토벤은 고전파 음악의 형식주의, 전통주의, 감정억제. 객관성, 명확성, 단순성 등을 벗어나 자유로운 감정 있어서의 자유로운 처리 등 새로운 전통을 낳게 했다. 이러한 요소들은 베토벤 중기와 추기작품(특히 후기작품)에서 나타나고 있으며 19세기 낭만주의 음악에 큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 고전파 음악의 소나타는 빈고전파 음악에 이르러 절정을 이루었으며 특히 베토벤에 이르러 새로운 형식구조와 내용의 도입으로 인해에 볼 수 없었던 음악내용 새로운 깊이와 전통적 양식의 확장이 나타났다. 이러한 독창적인 요소들은 베토벤의 중기 작품이후에 나타나고 있으며 낭만성의 도입과 함께 낭만파음차의 소나타 발전에 출발점을 형 하였다. 베토벤의 마지막 피아노 소나타인 Op.111을 중심으로 고찰하여 본 논문의 요약은 다음과 같다. 서론: 고전파시대의 사상적, 시대적배경이 베토벤에게 끼친 영향과 빈고전음악과를 중심으로한 소나타의 발전을 살펴보고 베토벤 후기작품과 낭만주의와의 관계, 그리고 Op,111 소나타에 대해 언급한다. 본론 : Ⅰ. 베토벤의 생애 베토벤의 음악 교육, 가족, 후원자, 성격, 그의 불치의 질병인 귓병에 의한 그의 고통에 대해 언급한다. Ⅱ.베토벤 작품의 시대적 구분초기, 중기, 후기의 세 시기로 나누어 특히 후기 작품양식을 중심으로 하여 살펴본다. Ⅲ .베토벤 피아노 소나타의 일반적 특징 각각 例를 들면서 특징을 차례로 살펴본다. Ⅳ.베토벤 후기 피아노 소나타에 나타난 특징Op.111 소나타를 제외하고 opp.101, 106,l09, 110 네게 의피아노 소나타의 대표적 특징을 살펴본다. V. Op.111 소나타 분석후기 피아노 소나타의 특징과 연관시켜 Op,111을 분석하여 화성 진행, 조성, 리듬, 대위법적 전개, 변주곡등의 여러 특징들을 살펴본다. 필자는 이상파 같이 베토벤 후기 피아노 소나타를 중심으로 그의 독창적인 음악 양식을 살펴봄으로써 음악사상에 새로운 전통의 길을 연 베토벤의 위대성을 파악할 수 있게 되었다.;Ludwig van Beethoven is one of the greatest composers from Germany, who was active from the end of the Classical Period to the beginning of the Romantic period. He composed in a unique style on the basis of the traditional Classical Music. New elements in his works influenced many romantic composers in the 19th century. Beethoven's works were influenced by the Metaphysical Idealism of German philosophy of those days, the spirit of French Revolution insisting on freedom, equality, philanthrogy, and Movement of Romanticism, which had been arising in Vienna insisting on free expression of emotion. It means that Beethoven gave a birth to a new tradition, i.e. free expression of emotion against the formalism, traditionalism, restraint of emotion, objectivity, correctness, simplicity of the Classical Music, and liberal handling in the structure of form. These elements can be found in his works of his middle and expecially last periods and they influenced Romantic Music in the 19th century. The Sonatas of the Classical period had reached its climax in the Viennese School, and especially in Beethoven it showed anew depth and expansion of the traditional style, which couldn't have been found before by a new structure of form and an attempt of new contents. These unique elements had appeared in Beethoven's works of his middle period, and with the elements of romanticism, Beethoven's last sonatas laid the foundation for the Sonatas written in the Romantic Period. The summary of the thesis studying about Beethoven with his last piano Sonata Op.111 is as follows: Introduction: Studies about the influence on Beethoven by the thought and historical background of Classical Music. By studying his unique musical style in piano Sonatas of his last period I have learned the greatness of Beethoven, who created a new tradition in the musical history.
