FIRO-B에 의한 운동선수 집단의 인간관계 분석

Abstract

이 연구는 Schtutz, W.C의 대인관계 행동의 3차원론적 해석법인 FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relation Orientation-Behavior)와 그의 이론의 중심개념인 양립성의 개념을 스포오츠의 장에서의 인간관계의 분석에 적용한 것이며 운동선수의 대인관계에 있어서의 지향성과 운동선수 집단의 양립성에 대하여 종목별 성별의 특성을 고려하여 분석하려는 것이 중심문제이다. 이러한 목적에 따른 본 연구의 조사대상 집단은 남녀 대학생 및 일반 실업팀 운동선수집단으로 단체경기 종목과 대인경기종목으로 나누어 모두 150명을 조사하였으며 사용한 질문지는 Schutz, W. C의 FIRO-B질문지에 3월13일∼4월6일 사이에 자료 수집을 하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 운동근순의 성별, 종목별 지향성의 특징에서 남녀간에 차가 있는 것은 능동적 포용행동, 수동적 통제행동 등이며, 종목간에 차가있는 것은 수동적 통제행동(남자),능동적 포용행동(여자),능동적 애정행동(여자) 등이다. 2. 운동선수의 상호교환량과 창시행동에서 성별의 특징은 포용영역에서는 상호교환량과 창시행동이 남자가 여자보다 높다. 통제영역에서는 창시성은 여자가 남자보다 높은 경향이 있고 애정영역에서는 성별차가 없다. 또한 종목별 특징을 보면 통제영역의 상호교환량에서 남자의 개인종목이 단체종목보다 높다. 포용과 애정영역의 상호교환에서 여자의 개인 종목이 단체종목보다 높다. 3. 종목별 운동선수의 행동형은 수동적 통계행동에서 남자의 경우 단체종목이 민주적 type이고 대인종목의 선수는 독재적이다. 여자의 강우는 단체종목이 회의적 type이고 대인종목은 민주적type이며, 성별로 운동선수의 행동형은 수동적 애정행동에서 남자는 반인간적 type이고 여자는 과도한 인간 type이다. 4. 운동선수집단의 양립성에 있어서 상호교환량은 포용, 통제, 애정의 영역 모두 높은 차원에서 양립하는 비율이 높다. 5. 운동선수집단의 양립성에 있어서 창시행동의 경우 포용과 애정의 영역에서는 전반적으로 탄력성 영역에 위치하는 비율이 높다.;The purpose of this study is to analyse FIRO_B: by Schutz, W.C. (Fundamental Interpersonal Relation Orientation - Behaviour) which is the interpretation of the third dimensional behaviour of the human relationship, and to apply his core concept of compatibility to the analysis of human relation in the play ground to consider both on the game and sex distinctional characteristics of the intention and compatibility of athletic player's group in their human relation. In this pursuant the objective group of this study are male and female college students, and the group of business athletic team to examine both group games and personal game separately. The Schut 8, W.C. FIRO - B quetionaires were applied during the period of March 12 - April 6, to collect the material sources for analizing them to get projected results as following: 1. In the interpersonal relation behaviour, the distinctions between male and female are the active comprehensional, passive controllable and passive affectional behaviour. In the behaviour of interpersonal human relationship, the distinctions between male and female are passive controllable behaviour (male) and active comprehensional (female)and affectional behaviour. 2. The characteristics of interchange and initiative behaviour of the sexes are that in comprehensive territory, the male's interchangable initiative behaviour is more superior to female, In the controllable territory, female initiativeness has tendency of superior to male, and in affectional territory, there is no sexual distinction. In consideration of event's characteristics of the interchangable volume and initiative behaviour, man's personal game is higher than the group game in the interchange of controllable territory. In the interpersonal exchange of comprehensive and affectional territory, women's personal game is superior to their group game. 3. The behaviour types of theevents by athletic players in passive controllable behaviour, the man's group games are shown democratic types and personal event players are expressed dictatorial. In female case, interrelational (group) games are democratic types. the behaviour type of a thletic player of the sex under passive affectional behaviour, male shows semi-humanistic type and female shows andescessive human type. 4. In the compatibility of the athletic player group, the interpsersonal quantity is higher proportional compatibility in the higher dimention of comprehensive, controllable and affectional territory. 5. In the case of initiative behaviour of the territory comprehension and affection are placed in general on the territory of flexibilty in higher proportions.
