농촌 가정생활 향상에 따른 주거공간에 관한 연구

Abstract

농가소득의 증대에 따라 농촌가정생활이 향상되어 가고 있으며, 새마을 운동의 일환인 주택개량 및 취락구조개선사업 등의 추진으로 인해 농촌주택에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 이에 착안하여 가정생활공간을 중심으로 의·식·주생활 향상에 따라 현주거공간에서 일어나는 문제점을 조사하여 분석 정리하므로써, 앞으로 새로운 농촌주택을 설계하는 기초자료의 일부분으로 이용되게 하는데 본 연구의 의의와 목적이 있다. 연구과제는 (1) 현주택의 개선현황을 파악하고, (2) 의? 식? 주생활을 중심으로 생활내용과 주거공간과의 관계를 조사하여 그 문제점을 파악하며, (3) 현주택 시설설비가 전화된 각종 생활기계의 이용에 따라 개선되어야 할 문제점을 파악하고, (4) 주택에 관련된 희망사항 및 의식조사를 한다. 이상과 같은 연구를 수행하기 위한 구체적인 방법은, (1) 문헌을 통해 농촌주택의 특징 및 문제점을 조사하고, (2) 설문지를 통해 생활내용과 주의식을 조사하였다. 조사대상은 농업을 주업으로 하는 중부지방의 순수 농가를 택하여 조사하였으며, 설문지는 호별방문을 하면서 개별면접방법으로 하였다. 본 조사에 의한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 외형적 개선보다는 생활향상에 따라 요구되는 생활공간으로서의 개선이 되어져야 한다. (2) 생활내용을 조사하므로써 나타난 문제는, 가. 침실에 각자의 의생활용품 정리공간을 고려한다 (반침 및 기타 가구설치 공간). 나. 식사실의 독립이나 부엌 내 식사공간으로 이용할 수 있도록 부엌개선을 위한 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 다. 계절에 관계 없이 다용도실로 이용되고 있는 안방을 넓히고 중간에 미닫이문을 설치하므로써 융통성 있게 이용되게 하며, 자녀들의 개실과, 세탁 공간으로도 사용할 수 있는 목욕시설이 요구되고 있다. (3) 전화된 생활기기의 생활화에 따른 주택내의 전기시설설비와 공간이 고려되어야 한다. (4) 현 주택에 대해 만족하지 못하고 있으며 신축 또는 개축계획을 갖고 있다.;Farmhouse life has being improved due to the increase of farmhouse income; and, moreover, farmers are today interested in their homes by the driving forward of a ""farmhouse betterment-"" and a ""rural community siructure renewal plan,"" which form a part of the SAEMAOEL movement. This study investigates, analyzes and arranges the problems derived from the present dwelling-space because of the betterment clothing, Food and dwelling life. There are some significans and, purposes of this study, which are relied on being used as the basic data to plan the better farm house. The tasks of this study are as follows; (1) to search the improved situation of the present farmhouse (2) to investigate the problems which arise in between the dwelling space and the living contents stressed on especially the clothing, food, and dwelling life. (3) to examine the problems of which the equipment and establishment have to be improved according to the usage of the various electrified instruments which are needed in daily life The concrete methods for fullfillment of these problems are, (1) to search the characteristics and general problems of the farmhouse through the literature, and (2) to investigate the living contents and dwelling senses through the questionnaire, which was carried out by individual interviews made door to door. The farm house of middle parts in which the people have being farmed mainly were selected as the region of investigation. The findings are as follows: (1) The farmhouses need the improvement of the living space rather than that of outward form (2) The problems discovered with the search of the living contents are as follows; i) The space in which each other's clothing necessities can be arranged must be in the bedroom. (the establishment spaces of a closet and the other furniture). ii) The study for improvement of the kitchen must be preceeded in order to establish either the dining room or the kitchen-dining room in the living space. iii) The ANBANG, used in many ways without regard to the seasons, must be not only expanded but also gain flexibility by means of a sliding door in the middle of this room. (3) According to the usage of electrified establishment the electric equipment must be made, and the space, in which the electrified establishment will be put, must be planned (4) As the other living spaces, the studants desired the independant room, his studing room, according to the age and the bathroom conbined with the alundry room is necessary.
