무용비평 논고

Abstract

이 논문은 무용비평에 있어서 과학적인 근거를 모색해 보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 그러기 위해 우선 예술비평의 기본원리를 더듬어보고 여러가지 비평방법을 역사적으로 개괄하면서 그 장 단점을 찾아보았다. 무용비평은 예술비평회의 한 형태이지만 무용이 개별적인 특수성을 가진 예술인 만큼 무용비평 역시 그 특수성에 입각하여 다루어져야 한다. 따라서 무용비평의 특수성을 여러가지로 제시하고 그 원리를 마련해 보고자 하였다. 그리고 이 원리에 입각하여 우리나라의 무용비형의 몇가지 실례를 분석하고 검토해 보려고 했다. 이를통해 우리는 지금까지 우리나라에서 행해지고 있는 무용비평이 대체로 [인상비평]의 단계에서 벗어나지 못하고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 무용비평 본래의 기능은 물론 무용의 발전을 위해서도 [과학적 비평]의 확립이 무엇보다도 시급한 문제로 제출되어 있다는 결론에 도달할 수 있었다.;The purpose of this thesis is to search the scientific basis in dance criticism. In order to do that, we, first of all, looked around the basic orinciples of art, criticism and found out the merits and demerits of it by examining the various critical methode in chronological order. Even though dance criticism is a form of art criticism, it should have to be dealt with in accordance with its own speciality, as it is a field of art which possesses its own speciality. Accordingly, we are intended to show you the various speciality of dance criticism and prepare its principle. We are also intended to analyso and examine sevral examples of the dance criticism. Through this method, we have found out and confirmed that the dance criticism in this country is still in the stage of impressionistic criticism. We come to the conclusion that the set-up of scientific criticism is the most urgent subject not only for the original function of dance criticism but for the development of dancing in this country.
