우리나라 호텔 從業員의 유니폼에 관한 硏究

Abstract

우리나라의 호텔은 날로 증가하는 외래관광객들과 함께 급속히 성장하였으며 호텔의 발전과 함께 호텔 유니폼에 대한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 그러나 이에 대한 연구나 개발은 잘 이루어 지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본연구는 호텔 유니폼의 이론적인 연구나 실태조사를 통하여 우리나라 호텔 유니폼 개발에 이바지 할것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 우리나라 호텔유니폼의 실태조사 결과를 보면 색상에 있어서 강한 원색의 사용이 많으며 명도가 낮고 채고가 높은 현상이며 형태에 있어서 호텔의 독창성이 없다는 점등이 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 유니폼의 형태에 있어서 심미성과 상징성에 중점을 두어 제작하여야 하겠으며 우리나라 고유의 문양과 디자인의 응용개발이 필요하다고 본다. 또한 유니폼의 색은 주위환경과의 조화를 이룰 수 있어야 하겠으며 명도가 높고 채도가 낮은 중간색의 사용이 바람직 하다. 그리고 위와같은 여러가지 개선점을 연구하기 위해서는 호텔내에 유니폼 전당부서를 설치하고 전문적인 디자이너의 배출이 필요하다고 하겠다.;Our hotel business is growing wapidly with gradually increasing foreign tourists, and the degree of interest in hotal uniform is also growing with the development of hotal. But, in contrast with the concern about the uniform, the collecting of data or the researching on them is scarcely forming. Therefore, this study aims to contribute to the development of Uniform by researching the reform measures through a theoretical study and survey of actual condition, and in its bound puts emphasis on the esthetic aspect such as color and degign on Uniform of employes of whole hotel accupations. According to the result of this study shows that there are many cases using color-contrast strong on coloration and low value below the middle, and that each hotel does not exhibit the originality of form. In conclusion, this stydy suggests followings: 1. Uniform should put its emphasis on esthetics. 2. The color of Uniform should be in harmony with the atmosphere of hotel and show unity. 3. The form of Uniform should hold originality. 4. Design or pattern of our own should be put into proctice and developed. 5. A exclusively charged post of Uniform should be established in totel, and continuous material collecting and researching should be done.
