運動種目別 선수의 重心高에 關한 硏究

Abstract

본 硏究는 身體의 重心이 運動과 밀접한 關係를 갖고 있으므로 各 運動種目別 선수의 重心高를 測定하여 重心高가 各 運動을 遂行하는데 어느 정도 有利한 狀態에 있는지를 밝히려는데 目的이 있다. 이 目的을 遂行하기 위하여 우수선수 집단을 對象으로 各 種目別로 男·女 10名씩을 임의추출법에 의하여 표본을 추출하여 重心高를 계측 分析한 결과 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 比重心高는 남자의 경우 체조, 육상, 수영 순으로 높은 값을 보였고, 역도, 레스링, 럭비, 빙상 순으로 낮은 값을 보였다. 여자의 경우 체조, 육상, 수영 순으로 높은 값을 보였고, 사격, 태권도, 배구 순으로 낮은 값을 보였다. 즉, 빠른 동작을 요하는 종목선수들의 比重心高는 높은 경향이 있고, 반대로 安定性을 요하는 종목선수들의 比重心高는 낮은 경향이 있다. 2. 重心高에서 下肢長을 뺀 값은 대체로 고관절로 부터 약 6.5∼8.1㎝ 위에 重心의 位置가 있었다. 남자의 경우 체조, 권투, 수영 순으로 높은 값을 보였고, 레스링, 럭비, 역도 순으로 낮은 값을 보였다. 여자의 경우 육상, 체조, 수영, 배구 순으로 높은 값을 보였고 사격, 태권도 농구 순으로 낮은 값을 보였다. 3. 運動種目別 선수의 股關節을 저변으로 하고 重心高를 꼭지점으로 하는 경우 남자의 경우 럭비, 레스링, 역도의 순으로 큰 값을 보였고, 체조, 육상, 권투 순으로 작은 값을 보였다. 여자의 경우 배구, 농구, 육상 순으로 큰 값을 보였고, 체조, 수영, 사격 순으로 작은 값을 보였다. 즉, 신체의 安定性을 고도로 요구하는 특징을 지닌 種目들은 꼭 지각이 큰 값을 갖으며, 반대로 재빠른 身體 이동을 요하는 특징을 지닌 種目들은 작은 값을 갖는 경향이 있다.;The purpose of this study was to find out the center of gravity which was in advantageous level during exercise. For the purpose, the subjects were selected 10 persons of both sexes (male and female members) from excellent player groups with random sampling. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Gymnastics, track and field, swimming were ascending order of that value in both male and female players in ratio Center of gravity. Weightlifting, wrestling, ice skating in male players and shooting, Taekwando, volleyball in female players, showed the descending level in value of center gravity. 2. The value of hight center of grayity in lower extremity of gymnastics, boxing, swimming, showed ascending value from First level of wrestling, second level of rugby, third level of weightlifting in male players. Track and field, gymnastics, swimming, volleyball showed ascending level from first shooting, second Taekwando third basketball in valus of female players. 3. The hip point indicated that the base line and hight in center of gravity was theapex of a triangle, in rugby, wrestling, weightlifting which showed ascending order from gymnastics, track and field, to Boxing in value of male players. Volleyball, basketball, track and field showed that ascending order from gymnastics, swimming, to shooting in value of female players.
