一部 看護專門大學生 및 首看護員의 實習活動에 對한 反應調査

Abstract

간호전문대학생 및 수간호원들의 실습활동 반응에 관한 본 연구는 S간호전문대학생 2학년, 3학년 학생들과 이들의 실습지도를 담당하고 있는 수간호원들의 실습활동에 대한 반응과 실습활동에 따른 지식·태도·기능기술에 대한 반응을 조사하여 이에대한 차이를 규명하므로써 효과적인 실습활동을 위한 기초자료를 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 1981년 3월15일부터 3월25일 까지 10일동안 S간호전문대학생 2학년 140명, 3학년 95명 그리고 수간호원들 36명등 총 271명을 대상으로 질문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집 하였다. 사용된 질문지는 Abdellah의 21개의 간호문제를 중심으로 해서 예방적영역, 생리적영역, 재활및정서적영역, 지역사회적영역 등의 4영역으로 대별된 21개 실습활동 문항으로 구성되어있다. 또한 연구의 목적에 따라 현재 학생들이 경험하고 있는 실습활동 내용과 부합되는 범주 안에서 각 실습활동 문항마다 지식·태도·기능기술의 측면이 제시되어 작성되었다. 수집된 자료는 각 실습활동 문항에 대한 배점과 지식·태도·기능기술중 우선순위로 표시한 점수를 배점으로 전산처리하여 분석 하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 조사대상 학생들, 수간호원들 두집단 모두 21개 문항으로 된 전체 실습활동에 대해 매우 중요하다(평균값＞4.0)고 반응 하였다. 또한 전체 문항중 「개인의 위생과 신체적인 편안함을 돕는 실습활동」에 대해 두집단 모두 가장 중요하다는 반응을 보였다. 2. 실습활동에 따른 지식·태도·기능기술의 세측면에 대한 분석결과 학생들, 수간호원들 두집단 모두 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(p=0.000). 즉 태도를 가장 중요시했고 그다음 지식·기능기술의 순으로 나타났다. 3. 실습활동에 대한 학생들의 반응을 학년별로 비교한 결과 「신체의 각 세포에 산소공급이 원활하게 잘 되도록 유지하고 이를 촉진하는데 도움이 되는 실습활동」(p=0.03), 「신체의 조절기전을 원활하게 하고 기능을 유지하고 이를 촉진 시키는데 도움이 되는 실습활동」(p=0.07),「의사표시와 감정 및 반응의 인식을 이해하는데 도움이 되는 실습활동」(p=0.016),「언어적 또는 비언어적으로 이루어지는 효과적인 의사소통을 유지하는데 도움이 되는 실습활동」(p=0.009), 「체내의 수분과 전해질의 균형이 잘 되도록 유지하는데 도움이 되는 실습활동」(p=0.010),등 5개 문항 모두에서 3학년 학생들이 2학년 학생들보다 더 중요하다고 반응을 보였다. 또한 실습활동을 예방적영역, 생리적영역, 재활및정서적영역, 지역사회적 영역등 4가지 영역으로 대별하여 학생들의 반응을 비교한 결과 생리적영역에 대해서도 2학년 학생들보다(M=3.98), 3학년 학생들이(M=4.11) 더 중요하다고 반응을 보였다(p=0.018). 한편 지식·태도·기능기술의 세측면에 대한 학생들의 반응에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 4. 조사대상 학생들과 수간호원들 사이의 실습활동에 대한 반응을 비교한 결과 「감각기능을 유지하고 촉진하는데 도움이 되는 실습활동」에 대해서는 학생들이(M=3.80)수간호원들보다(M=3.47) 더 중요하다고 반응한데 비해(p=0.039), 「언어적 또는 비언어적으로 이루어 지는 효과적인 의사소통을 유지하는데 도움이 되는 실습활동」에 대해서는 수간호원들이(M=4.58) 학생들보다(M=4.17) 더 중요하다고 반응을 하였다(p=0.007). 한편 네영역별 실습활동에 대해서는 두 집단간에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 지식·태도·기능기술의 세측면중에서는 지식에 대해서 수간호원들이(M=43.30), 학생들보다(M=45.84) 더 중요하다고 반응 하였다(p=0.032).;This study of nursing junior college students' and head nurses' responses caring aspects of clinic a1 practice activity was carried out from March 15 thru 25, 1981. This study involved 271 respondents as a total from 140 sophomore and 95 junior students in the S. Nursing Junior College and 36 head nurses at clinical nursing activities of S. Nursing Junior College. The instrument used was a questionaire included 21 items dividod by the 4 categories related to preventive, physical, rehabilitive & emotionaland community that referred on Abdellah. The results were obtained are as follows: 1. Both head nurses and students responded in their answer as high degree of significant importance for 21 items by the clinical practice/activity (M>4.0). And also all of two groups responded with the highest degree of a significant importance in the questionaire by the clinical pradtice/activity helped the personal hygiene and bodily confort. 2. There was a significant difference in the degree of importance shown in the analysis by the three fields i.e., knowledge, attitude and technique (P = 0.000) and the degree of importance was responded attitude, knowledge and technique in order. 3. There was a significant difference shown in the degree of importance in the five items (5, 8, 10, 12, 14) by clinical practice/activity between sophomore and junior the physical category only shows highest degree (P<0.05). There was a low significant difference shown in the degree of importance by knowledge, attitude and technique (P>0.05). 4. There was a significant difference in the degree of importance shown in the 2 items (11, 14) by the clinical practice/activity between head nurses and students. There was no significant difference shown in the degree of importance by 4 categories and in the degree of importance by knowledge, attitude and technique, the head nurses showed more important response to the knowledge than students.
