그림 자료의 세밀성에 대한 유아의 재인능력 및 선호도 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 유아교육에 있어서 그림자료가 중요하게 활용되어 학습에 커다란 비중을 차지하고 있으므로 이에 유아에게 적절한 그림자료의 제작 방안을 검토, 모색하고자 인물과 동물을 그린 단순화와 세밀화를 가지고 그에 대한 유아의 재인능력과 선호도를 실험 연구하고자 하였으며 검증하고자 한 연구의 가설은 다음과 같다. 가설 1. 그림자료에서 세밀화보다 단순화에 대한 유아의 재인능력이 각 연령(만4,5,6세)안에서 높을 것이다. 가설 2. 단순화와 세밀화에 대한 유아의 재인능력이 연령(만4,5,6세)간에서 차이를 보일 것이다. 가설 3. 그림자료에서 세밀화보다 단순화에 대한 유아의 선호도가 각 연령(만4,5,6세)안에서 높을 것이다. 가설 4. 단순화와 세밀화에 대한 유아의 선호도가 연령(만4,5,6세)간에서 차이를 보일 것이다. 실험 연구의 결과 나타난 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 유아들은 만4,5,6세 각 연령 안에서 단순화를 세밀화보다 더욱 수월하게 재인하였으나 만4,5,6세의 연령간에는 재인능력에서 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서 만 4~6세 모든 연령층의 유아들이 단순화를 보다 쉽게 재인하며 연령사이에는 그 능력의 정도에 차이가 없었다. 2. 유아들은 만4,5,6세 각 연령안에서 단순화를 세밀화보다 더 선호하였으며 만4,5,6세 연령간에는 선호도에서 차이를 보이지 않았다. 만4~6세의 유아는 모두 단순화를 세밀화보다 좋아하였고 연령 사이에는 선호의 정도에 차이가 없었다.;Pictures in Graphic representations are important in the Early Childhood Education because the children can learn and communicate by expressing and receiving their opinions and emotions through pictures. This study is necessary to examine the production and the effective use of pictures for the Early Childhood Education. The purpose of this study is to experiment respectively the recognition and the preference about Line Drawing Color Pictures and Shaded Drawing Color Pictures. The subjects for experiment were 224 infants, aged 4, 5, 6, who attend the kindergarten and who have never been had the art education. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The children, aged 4, 5, 6, recognized Line Drawing Color pictures more significantly than shaded Drawing color Pictures. But there were no significant differences in the recognition between ages. 2. The children, aged 4, 5, 6, prefer Line Drawing Color pictures to shaded Drawing color pictures. But there were no differences in the preference between ages.
