학교사회사업에 관한 연구

Abstract

This is the study on the school social work, and the purpose of this study is to provide the practical methods of school social work for the junior and high school. In this study, the author explained characteristics of school social work, that is, the conception, the function and the object of school social work and history of school social work. And then, the Author compared school social work with school counseling, presented the present status and the point at issues and the counterplans of the national school social work. Also, in accordance with our present status, the author tried to present three methods as follows: First, the application of the counselor system. Second, the application of the social work agency. Third, the establishment of the whole school social work agency. The application of the connselor system could be done without much trouble, but it can not give enough social work services. The application of the social work agency could be some complicated to practice but by using the existing facilities, it could be a useful way in economic sense. And establishment of the whole school social work agency is the most desirable way in the long view, but it needs long time and much money to be practiced. So, it is necessary to the fist and the second way which are suggested in this paper, and the concrete programs could be made out according to the results of those ways.;본 연구는 우리나라 중 고등학교에서 학교사회사업을 실시하게 할 목적으로 학교사회사업에 관하여 연구한 것이다. 먼저, 학교사회사업의 정의, 기능, 대상 및 역사 등 학교사회사업의 특성을 설명하고, 학교사회사업과 학교카운슬링의 이론적 관계와 역사적 관계를 비교한 후, 우리나라 학교사회사업의 현황 및 문제점과 대책을 제시하였다. 그리고, 우리나라에 학교사회사업을 도입하기 위한 실천방법으로 첫째, 교도교사제의 활용방법, 둘째, 사회사업기관의 활용방법, 세째, 학교 사회사업을 위한 전담기구 설치방법 등의 세가지를 구상하였다. 이중에서 세번째 방법이 가장 바람직하나, 이를 위해서는 많은 시일이 소요되므로 우선 첫번째와 두번째 방법을 시범적으로 시도하면서 학교사회사업의 효과를 측정하고 구체적인 활동내용을 정립하여 나가면서 세번째방법을 위한 기초를 마련하도록 했다. 마지막 결론 부분에서는 논문전체를 요약한 후, 문교당국과 사회사업계에 대한 제언을 담았다.
