舞踊創作에 있어서 空間構成과 움직임의 表現性에 관한 硏究

Abstract

人間은 自己의 思想과 感情을 表現하기 위하여 物體나 言語를 使用하기 以前부터 身體로서 움직임을 表現하여왔다. 그러므로 움직임으로 나타내는 舞踊을 모든 藝術의 母胎라고 할 수 있다. 그런데도 그 記錄이 많지 않은 理由는 舞踊이 舞形的인 時間과 空間에 依存하는데 起因하기 때문이다. 舞踊이 오늘과 같이 創作하는 藝術이라는 基本態度는 20世紀 初에 現代舞踊의 誕生後부터라 할 수 있으며, 이 때부터 舞踊家가 獨立된 人格으로서 自身의 個性을 尊重하여 自由로운 創作을 할 수 있게 되었다. 모든 藝術의 核心은 表現에 있으며, 그 表現性은 人間個體의 思想感情의 表現에서 이루어진다. 따라서 表現에는 必然的으로 傳達이 함께 오는데, 그 內的인 傳達에 必要한 것은 傳達媒體의 훌륭한 表現에 있는 것이다. 따라서 身體의 움직임은 人間의 思想과 感情을 가장 眞實되게 表現하는 것이므로 舞踊創作에 있어서 움직임의 眞實한 뒷받침은 보다 큰 說得力을 갖게 되며, 이런 움직임을 硏究하는 것은 必須的인 것이다. 그러므로 本 論文에 있어서는 舞踊創作의 時代的 흐름을 通하여 創作性의 根源을 알아보고, 舞踊創作의 槪念이 發生함과 더불어 主張된 空間藝術로서의 舞踊의 性格과 空間構成이 表現運動에 미치는 關聯性을 追求하여 보았다. 또한 身體 各部位의 움직임의 原理와 意味를 찾아서 그 表現的 特質을 探究하고저 努力하였다. 特히 身體運動의 空間性을 硏究하여 본 結果, 最近 舞踊作品에 있어서 造型的인 空間形成으로 因하여 本來의 身體運動의 美가 弱化된 경향이 있었다. 그러나 舞踊의 本質은 身體의 움직임에 있으므로 움직임과 空間構成의 關係에 대한 理解와 그 完成은 物質的 質量으로 構成된 造形的인 空間形成보다 身體運動에 依한 空間形成에 더욱 重点을 둘 必要性을 깨달았다. 그리고 創作舞踊에 있어서는 一定한 움직임의 型이 없이 그 作品에만 必要한 움직임이 要求되므로 근본적인 움직임의 表現的 특질을 硏究하여 이를 익혀야함을 알게 되었다. 더구나 傳達媒體가 身體의 움직임인 이상 그 身體 各部位의 意味를 充分히 理解하고 적절히 使用하여야 할 것이다. 表現性에 있어서는 時間의 흐름을 通하여 이루어지는 움직임의 連續과 분위기의 變形은 보다 價値있고 創作的인 舞踊이 될 수 있음을 알았다.;Before the 20th century art has been thought as one of techniques. The creative dance in art has been begun with the human liberation. In the beginning of the 20th century Isadora Duncan insisted that dance is a creative art and her opinion gave rise to dance revolution. Prior to creation is accomplished through the expression, dance is a space art and its expression is accomplished in the space. Expecially, because of the expressing intermediary in dance is the human body, dance has its speciality in which both the subjectivity and objectivity are the same human being. In this study, through the chrenogical approach, I examined; 1. the origin of creativity of dance 2. the concept and characteristics of dance as a space art 3. the meanings of active expression 4. the harmony of active inner space 5. the characteristics of active expresoion 6. the methods of movement to be helpful for education in the artistic and creative expression by media of rudimentary movements. I studied the space of the body movement and I derived that only the formative space is not all space formation and the necessity of movement in the space of body movement should be preferred. In the expression, the continuity of movement accompeished through the current of time can bring the various changes. The study of the continuity of movement and the transformation of atmosphere are needed. Time space and dynamics combined to give us subtle and fine expression dance works.
