우리나라 붕어 내장중의 L-ornithine aminotransferase에 관한 연구

Abstract

국 영문초록 수록;우리나라에 서식하고 있는 담수어 중 붕어를 택하여 그 내장의 각 기관에 대한 Ornithine Aminotransferase(이후 OAT라 명함)의 activity를 Peraino와 Pitot법으로 측정한 결과, 첫째, OAT의 activity는 모든 기관에서 나타났으며 그 크기는 간>콩팥>비장>심장>위>창자>난소의 순서로 나타났다. 그리고 각 기관을 cell fractionation하여 그 activity를 측정한 결과 Homogenate의 activity의 70∼80%가 Cytosol에서 나타났으며, OAT의 Optimum PH는 7.3이었다.;Ornithin aminotransferase was studied in some internal organs of Carassius carassius (LINNAEUS). All the intermal organs, liver, kidney, stomach, intestine, heart, spleen, and ovary had the activity of ornithine aminotransferase and the relative activity of each organ was liver> kideny> spleen> heart> stomach> intestine> ovary. According to the cell fracionation, 70-80% of homogenate activity was found in cytosol fraction. The optimum pH of the cytosol in liver tissue was represented to be at pH 7.3.
