認知的 發展段階와 演繹的 推論에 關한 硏究

Abstract

국 영문초록 수록;본 연구에서는 操作的 段階에 따른 演繹的 推論의 發達을 살펴보고자 하였다. 演繹的 推論過程을 연구하기 위하여 3者關係問題(three-term series problem)를 사용하였다. Piaget는 假說的인 면에서 課題를 다룰 수 있는 形式的 操作期 이전까지는 順次排列操作을 사용하여 3者關係問題를 해결할 수 없다고 하였다. 本 硏究는 實驗Ⅰ에서 11歲 아동을 대상으로 색깔配合課題(color-combination task)를 하도록 하여 구체적 操作期, 過渡期, 形式的 操作期로 분류한 다음 이 操作的 수준에 따라 3者關係問題의 遂行에 有意한 差가 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 실험Ⅱ에서 7歲 아동을 대상으로 物理的으로 제시된 사물을 順次排列하는 능력과 3者關係問題를 해결하는 능력이 關聯되어 있는지 알아보려고 하였다. 연구결과 3者關係問題를 해결하는 능력이 形式的 操作的 課題(색깔配合課題)를 해결하는 능력과 관계없음이 나타났다. 그리고 物理的으로 제시된 사물을 배열시키는 능력과 언어적으로 제시된 항목을 배열시키는 능력이 關聯된다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 3者關係問題는 형식적 조작기 수준의 성취보다 구체적 조작기에서 "보다 큰(more than)" "보다 작은(less than)"의 관계를 조정시키는 능력과 더 관계있다는 것으로 나타났다.;The purpose of this study was to investigate the development of the deductive reasoning according to operational stage. The specific problem types used for deductive reasoning in the present experiment were three-term series problems. Piaget has suggested that three-term series problems cannot be solved until the formal operational stage, when the child can deal with the task in hypothetical terms, using serial ordering operations in conjunction with implication. In the experiment I, ll-year-old subjects were classified at the formal operational, transitional and concrete operational stage on the basis of performance on the color-combination task. Then, the difference of performance on the three-term series problems in each stage were analyzed. The experiment Ⅱ with 7-year-old subjects was to study whether the success in solving three-term series problems related to ability of seriating objects which were physically present. The result in the experiment I revealed that ability to solve three-term series problems was not associated with ability to solve a formal operational task. The result in the experiment Ⅱ showed that the ability of seriating objects that were present physically and the ability of seriating verbally present material were related each other.
