콘텐츠 웹사이트의 활성화를 위한 블로그 활용 방안

Abstract

정보콘텐츠를 제공하는 웹사이트에서 콘텐츠 페이지로의 접근성을 높이고 회원간 상호 커뮤니케이션을 증대하기 위한 방안으로 블로그 서비스의 핵심기능인 트랙백과 RSS를 활용한 서비스 모델을 제안하였다. 구축사례는 한국역사정보 웹사이트를 예시로 들었으며, 주요 구성메뉴는 콘텐츠와 블로그, 그리고 블로그 디렉토리 서비스로 하였다. 첫째, 블로그를 통하여 해당 콘텐츠로의 접근성을 높일 수 있도록 콘텐츠 페이지에 트랙백을 적용하였다. 이를 위해서는 콘텐츠 페이지마다 고유의 트랙백 주소가 생성되어야 하고, 사용자가 자신의 블로그에 의견 쓰기를 선택하면 자동으로 트랙백이 구현되어 콘텐츠 페이지와 블로그간에 상호 연계가 이루어진다. 외부 블로그에서도 트랙백을 통하여 콘텐츠 페이지에 원격 코멘팅이 가능하고, 북마크릿을 제공한다면 해당 포스트에 한국역사정보 컨텐츠로의 링크도 자동으로 남길 수 있다. 둘째, 블로그의 프로필 항목별로 검색이 가능한 블로그 디렉토리 서비스를 만들었다. 회원이 블로그의 프로필 관리에서 직업, 전문분야, 소속학회 등 추가 정보도 입력할 수 있도록 DB를 설계하고, 블로그의 프로필 DB와 블로그 디렉토리를 연동하여 사용자가 블로그 디렉토리에서 프로필 항목을 검색조건으로 하여 해당 블로그를 찾아 방문할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 웹사이트 방문자가 특정 주제에 대한 블로그의 포스트도 검색할 수 있도록 포스트 디렉토리 서비스를 만들었다. 회원이 포스트 작성시 디렉토리 서비스의 특정주제를 선택하면 포스트의 링크가 관련 디렉토리에 출력된다. 마지막으로, 콘텐츠로의 접근 경로를 다양화하기 위한 수단으로 사용자가 해당 웹사이트를 방문하지 않아도 RSS reader 프로그램을 사용하여 콘텐츠의 업데이트 현황을 확인하고 구독할 수 있도록 콘텐츠에 대한 RSS 파일을 생성하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 콘텐츠와 블로그의 연동을 통하여 콘텐츠 페이지뷰를 늘리고 사용자로 하여금 특정 주제와 관련된 콘텐츠를 재생산하도록 유도하고 그것을 웹사이트의 정보콘텐츠로 재사용함으로써 사이트의 활성화를 기대할 수 있겠다. ;The company who builds a web contents site needs the way for many people to visit it and become a member of the site. In this paper, implementation of the web contents site which is based on blog service is proposed. For an example of the method, the web site about korean history whose menus are contents, user's blog and blog directory was constructed. As a remote comment system, trackback on the content page was used for many people to visit them. On each content page, trackback URL was created for a member or visitor to write a remote comment on his blog about the content. If a member clicks the link labled "comment on my blog" on the content page, a connection is created between the content page and his blog through trackback. This method allows visitors to trace a way from the blog to the contents page and reversely. If another blogger, not a member of site, wants to post an article including the link to the content page, he should use the bookmarket which is an add-on program of his blog. A directory service of blogs and posts is proposed. Blog directory is based on the profile elements of the members's blog. If a member fills job, major and society field on the profile page on his blog, his blog is listed job, major and society category in blog directory. Post directory collects the links of the posts about particular topic. When a member posts on his blog by selecting subject connected post directory, the link of the post is displayed in post directory. For many people to read the contents without a web browser, creating a RSS feed of the contents is proposed. RSS is web contents syndication format and conforms to the XML specification. User can easily subscribe the web contents with a RSS reader program just once register the SS feed URL in the form of the RSS reader. The relation between contents and blogs will be useful to increase content page view and to use member's post about particular topic as another content in web site. As a result more people will visit web site and it will be popular.
