JobOK 취업 정보 시스템 구축과 접속 현황 분석

Abstract

As the information source rapidly moves to the Internet recently, we get job information from the Internet rather than newspaper, magazine, and broadcasting systems. In this paper, I developed a job information system, namely JobOK, and have managed the site (www.jobok.co.kr) through the Internet from 1999. I introduce the implementation details of the JobOK site in terms of hardware and software aspects, and explain the organization and usage of the site. This paper also introduces various information obtained from the management and operation of the JobOK site. The paper presents the gender, age, region, and company of the site users, and then analyzes the characteristics of the information providers and consumers of the site. Furthermore, the paper analyzes how users contact the JobOK site and what kind of information the users pursue from the site based on the trace data accumulated for a year using the method of sorting search engines and search keywords. I expect that this paper will be useful to the persons related to the job information service, specifically effective to the job information site operators.;최근 인터넷의 발전으로 다양한 정보의 근원지가 인터넷으로 이전되어감에 따라 취업 정보 역시 기존의 신문, 잡지, 방송 등에서 주요 정보를 얻던 시대를 지나 이제는 인터넷을 통해 구인 및 구직 정보를 얻거나 소개하는 사례가 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문의 저자는 인터넷이 국내에서 넓게 활용되기 시작한 시기인 1999년에 취업 정보 사이트인 JobOK(www.jobok.co.kr)를 개발하여 현재까지 인터넷을 통해 운영하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 JobOK의 구현 방법에 대한 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어적인 상세한 소개와 사이트의 전반적인 구성 및 사용 방법에 대해 소개한다. 또한, 본 논문은 현재까지 JobOK를 운영하면서 얻은 여러 가지 정보를 소개한다. 먼저, 구인 및 구직 정보를 얻거나 소개하기 위해 본 사이트에 접속한 이용자들의 성별, 학력, 나이, 지역, 직종 등에 대한 소개를 통해 취업 정보 사이트의 주요 소비자 및 공급자에 대한 사용 실태 및 특징을 분석한다. 또한, 사용자들이 본 사이트에 접속하게 된 경위와 접속하여 얻고자 했던 정보를 검색엔진 별, 키워드 별, 키워드 접속 시점 별로 분석하였다. 본 논문에서 분석한 이와 같은 내용들은 좀 더 효과적으로 인터넷을 통해 취업 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 중요한 자료로 향후 취업 정보 사이트의 운영에 폭넓게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
