- 本 硏究는 中等體育敎師의 敎職適應과 關聯된 要素들을 調査하여 이를 分析 評價함으로써 現在의 體育敎師들이 어떠한 適應狀態에 있는가를 밝히는데 目的을 두고 있다.
서울特別市와 인천直轄市內 中等體育敎師 292名을 對象으로 質問紙法에 의하여 體育敎師의 敎職觀, 職務에 對한 充實度, 資質 및 適性, 人間關係, 職務負擔, 士氣 및 滿足度 等을 調査 分析한 結果, 다음과 같은 結論을 내릴 수 있다.
1. 體育敎師의 敎職觀
體育敎師를 選擇한 動機는 確固한 使命意識에 依하여 選擇한 敎師는 적었으나 敎育에 對한 經歷이 많아 질 수록 使命感을 認識하게 되었다.
2. 體育敎師의 職務에 對한 充實度
過重한 週當 授業時間과 業務로 하루 敎材準備期間은 1時間 以內이며, 學習指導案의 活用度는 微弱하다.
3. 體育敎師의 資質 및 適性
體育敎師로서 가장 必要한 것은 確固한 敎職觀과 情緖敎育을 위한 資質이며 再敎育은 年 1回 程度의 實技敎育이 必要하다.
4. 體育敎師의 人間關係
體育敎師와 他 敎科 敎師들과의 人間關係는 원만한 편이다.
5. 體育敎師의 職務負擔
體育敎師들은 過重한 授業時間과 授業外 業務의 負擔을 안고 있으며, 적절한 週當 授業時間은 16∼18時間이라는 見解가 많다.
6. 體育敎師의 士氣 및 滿足度
體育敎師들의 敎職에 對한 滿足度는 보통인 것으로 나타났고, 大部分의 敎師들이 將來性이 稀薄하다는 要因 때문에 滿足하지 못하고 있는 傾向이다.;The purpose of this research is to determine the status of physical educators' self adjustment in the secondary school.
Under this purpose, a questionaire was sent to 292 school teachers of physical education and were collected from them.
1. The view of the teaching profession of the physical educator.
There were only a few physical educators with a firm sense of duty in the motive of choosing the teaching profession, but as the career was accumulated, they gradually recognized the sense of duty as educators.
2. The fidelity degree of the physical educator to his task.
Caused by the excessive class-hours per week and tasks, the preparable time of teaching material is confined to less than an hour a day, and the utilization of the teaching guidelines is poor.
3. The Qualification and the aptitude of the physical educator.
The most needed one of the physical educator is in the sound philosophy of education and the temperament for the emotional education.
And it appeared that the reeducation is needed in practical education once a year.
4. The human relations of the physical educator.
The human relations of the physical educator with other educators was appeared as an harmonious one.
5. The assigned task of physical educator.
Physical educator undertakes the excessive class-hours and other tasks, and so the fittest teaching-hours are considered to be 16-18 hours a week by overwhelming opinions.
6. The morale and the satisfaction degree of the physical educator.
The satisfaction degree of the physcial educator is appeared as around 50% and most of the educators of the rest are not much satisfied with the teaching profession because of the poor prospect for the future of it.
