Chlorella의 生理에 미치는 Ethvel의 효과

Abstract

This investigation was proceeded to define the physiological effect of ethrel on the Chlorella cells by determining the contents of chlorophyll and the photosynthetic and respiratory activity, and changes in various comoonent material according to the concentration of treated ethrel. The growth of Chlorella was accelerated in low concentration of ethrel(0.1ppm) and was restrained in high concentration of ethrel(1, 10, 100, 300ppm). The synthesis of chlorophyll, photosynthetic and respiratory activity, the contents of carbohydrate, protein, RNA was accelerated in 0.1 ppm concentration of ethrel and was restrained in 300 ppm concentration of ethrel. The contents of DNA did not vary in all concentrations of ethrel(0, 0.1, 300ppm).
