韓國産 산호蟲類의 分類에 關하여

Abstract

1. 본인은 한국산 산호충류를 분류하기 위하여 1973년부터 1975년 7월까지 황해의 작약도, 남해의 서귀포와 미포, 동해의 구룡포에서 본인에 의해 채집된 재료들과 1962년부터 1972년까지 남한의 10개 지역에서 채집되어 본교 생물학과에 보관되어 있는 재료들을 사용하였다. 2. 재료들은 5시간 정도 어두운 곳에서 멘톨(menthol)에 마취시킨 다음 70~80% 알코올에 보존하였다. 동정·분류를 위하여 내부·외부형태를 관찰한 다음 공육(共肉)과 폴립(Polyp)은 차아염소산나토리움(NaC₁O) 10%용액에 녹혔으며 이때 얻은 골편은 증류수로 수회 씻은 다음 탈수시켜 카나다 발삼으로 봉입하여 현미경으로 관찰하였다. 3.채집된 재료들을 동정·분류한 결과 모두 3목 9과 14속 27종 이었으며 이들은 모두 한국 미기록종으로써 다음과 같다. In order to classify the Korean anthozoa, the author examined the materials which were collected at Jagyag-do in the Yellow Sea, Seogwipo and Mipo in the South Sea, and Guryongpo in the East Sea by the author during the period from 1973 to July, 1975. The author examined also the others which were collected from 10 localities in the coastal seas of Korea during the period from 1962 to 1972 and preserved in Department of Biology, Ewha Womans University. 2. The materials were anesthetized by menthol for 5 hours in the dark place, and then preserved in 70-80% solution of alcohol. To identify and classify the materials, the author observed the internal and external features, dissolved coenosac and polyps in 10% solution of NaCl0. The remaining spicules were washed off with a distilled water several times, dehydrated, mounted with Canada balsam, and observed with microscope. 3. The results of the identification and classification were turned out to be 27 species, 14 genera, nine (9) families, and three (3) orders. They were all unrecorded species in Korean anthozoa fauna. The 27 unrecorded species were described and were prepared the plates. In the plates, the external forms of the colony were taken with camera, the polyps were taken with a stereomicroscopic camera, and the spicules from parts of colony were taken with a microscopic camera.
