Abstract
This research is on the focus of grouping for improvement way or search of the problems arising by the individual differences and of actual condition of individual difference of the high school students in Korea. Ⅰ. Purposes of Research. The purpose of this research is as follows : a. The grasp of individual difference of high school students. b. The search of the problems on the high school education occuring by the individual differences. c. The grasp of actual conditions of educational enthusiasm given by the high school in order to resolve the problems which is arisen due to the individual differences, d. The grope for the betterment method of school education due to the individual difference. Ⅱ. The programs of research. The program of this research is as follows : a. How much large the differences between the senior high school student's individuals? b. How is the actual conditions of class organization of the senior high school in Korea? c. How is the actual situation of school curriculum of Korea? d. What kind of efforts are devoted by the school (high) in order to resolve the problems which is arisen by the individual differences? e. What kind of ways of betterment of school educations for adapting the individual differences? Ⅲ. Method of research. a. Research of bibliography. b. Questionaire study. c. Editorial research. d. Other data research. Ⅳ. Conclusion of this research. a. The individual differences of senior high school students was found in intellectual & scholastic fields greatly. b. On the high school educational problems arising by individual differences, (1) The differences of individualities and abilities between students are severe because the class organizations were made by distinctive and heterogeneous groups. (2) The school curriculum was unitarily made even thought the class formation was made by adaptable ability. Therefore, in result, the loss of desire was given to the honorable students, the ordinary students are at a standstill and the backward pupils are kept at a distance. c. The following devotions are given by the senior high school authorities in order to resolve the individual differences. (1) To organize the supplementary lesson by separately in each ability. (2) Special instruction for the backward student. (3) To special teach to the inferior pupil during the summer vacation. d. The betterment method of school education to adapt to individual differences. (1) The current system of admission to senior high school without examination should be improved. (2) The way of organization of the classes should be amended to the direction of formation by separately in each school curriculum and per ability.;本 硏究는 우리나라 고등학교학생들의 個人差의 實態와 個人差로 말미암아 發生되는 문제점을 탐색하고 그 개선방안을 모색하는데 焦點을 두고 있다. Ⅰ. 硏究의 目的 본 硏究의 目的은 다음과 같다. a. 高等學校學生의 個人差의 實態把握 b. 個人差로 말미암아 發生되는 高等學校敎育上의 問題點을 탐색 c. 個人差로 말미암아 發生되는 問題들을 해결하기 위한 고등학교측의 敎育的 努力의 實態把握 d. 個人差에 따른 學校敎育의 改善方案의 모색 Ⅱ. 硏究의 問題 본 연구의 문제는 다음과 같다. a. 고등학교 학생들의 개인간의 차이는 얼마만큼 큰가? b. 우리나라 고등학교의 學級編成의 實態는 어떠한가? c. 우리나라 고등학교의 교과과정상의 實態는 어떠한가? d. 개인차로 말미암아 발생되는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 고등학교측에서는 어떠한 努力을 기울이고 있나? e. 개인차에 즉응하는 學校敎育의 改善方案에는 어떠한 것이 있나? Ⅲ. 硏究의 方法 a. 文獻硏究 b. 질문지연구 c. 면접연구 d. 기타자료연구 Ⅳ. 硏究의 結論 a. 高等學校學生들의 個人差는 知能面, 學力面에서 상당히 큰 것으로 나타났다. b. 個人差로 말미암아 發生되는 高等學校敎育의 문제점에는 1. 異質的인 집단으로 學級編成을 한 관계로 學生들간의 能力差 즉, 個人差가 심하게 나타났고 2. 能力別로 學級編成을 하였다하더라도 교과과정을 一律的으로 운영하였기 때문에 우수한 학생에게는 의욕상실을, 평범한 학생에게는 답보상태를, 학습지진학생에게는 소외감을 주는 현상을 빚어내고 있다. c. 개인차를 해결하기 위하여 고등학교측에서는 다음과 같은 努力을 하고 있다. 1. 補充授業을 能力別로 編成 2. 학습지진학생을 위하여 특별지도 3. 여름방학을 利用한 학습지진학생지도 d. 개인차에 즉응하는 學校敎育의 개선방안에는 1. 現行 고교무시험추첨입시제도를 개선하는 方向과 2. 敎料別로 能力別 學級編成하는 方向으로 학급편성방법이 修正되어야 할 것이다.
