Paul Taffanel의 "Fantasie sur le Freyschutz" 에 대한 연구 및 분석

Abstract

In this paper, I have researched and analyzed about a Modern composer, Paul Taffanel's(1844~1908) "Fantaisie Sur Le Freyschutz". Firstly, I would like to introduce his career and the works that he has left. He is a French flutist and a conductor who was borned in Bordeaux. Since 1858, he had been tought by Dorus in Paris Conservatoire, and he acted as the top flutist of Paris Opera between 1864 - 1890. After that, he became the conductor of Teatro dell'Opera and Paris Conservatoire's orchestra music. In 1879, he has also established the wind music chamber music association and introduced many works such as Gounod's "small symphony", which were unknown till then. He served on a professor of the Paris Conservatoire flute department from 1893, and he turned out Gaubert. He also is one of the person who estabished modern flute rendition (French school). "Fantaisie Sur Le Freyschutz" is composed in 322 subsections. It is formed with 6 parts start with Overture and Introduction, followed by 3 big splited parts which is A,B,C, and ends by Closing Section. This music shows the splendid art of Flute extensively. Its melodic advance moves violently up and down. And the theme melody which was put together is making the whole music gorgeous. Taffanel's music is generaly short and distinguished by a sudden harmony-change. A tonality relation is greatly divided into gminor-Dmajor-Gmajor.;본 논문은 프랑스 후기 낭만에서 근대 작곡가이며 Flute주자인 Paul Taffanel(1844∼1908)의 "Fantaisie Sur Le Freyschutz"을 연구 분석하였다. P. Taffanel의 작품은 Flute곡과 Flute연습곡을 많이 작곡하였으며 전반적으로 화성적인 진행과 반음계적 진행이 후기 낭만파 적인 다양한 리듬, 기교 등 선율적으로 아름다운 음악으로 구성 된 작품이다. P. Taffanel는 Flute연주가였기 때문에 참고 문헌이 매우 부족하였지만 Flute곡과 연습곡은 많이 작곡하였다. "Fantaisie Sur Le Freyschutz"은 총 322마디로 구성되어 있으며 그 형식은 Overture(서곡), Introduction(도입부), 그후는 A B C의 세부분으로 크게 나누어지며 마직마에 Closing Section(종결부)으로 6부분 형식으로 되어있다. 이 곡의 주제는 베버의 오페라 "마탄의 사수"(Der Freischtz)의 서곡이 원 곡이며 이 주제를 가지고 변주시킨 곡이 되어 있다. 처음에 원 곡에서 <아가테의 바램>이 평온하게 제시되고 기교적인 패세지(passage)를 지나고 <맥스의 맹세>의 테마가 나온 후 서곡(Overture)에서 Flute가 연주 할 부분을 피아노의 어른 손이 대신하고 테마를 Flute의 변주(Variation)로 되어있다. 마지막 부분(Closing Section)에서는 <엘리온의 경쾌하고 강한 아리엑터가>쓰인다. 본 논문은 Paul Taffanel(1944∼1908)에 대해 연구 해보며 그의 곡 "Fantaisie Sur Le Freyschutz"을 형식, 화성, 선율 등을 연구 분석하였다.
