정보화사회의 사무공간 실내환경 디자인 방법과 과정에 관한 연구

Abstract

오늘날의 사회는 고도 정보화사회로의 도래와 과학기술의 급진전으로 기존의 생활양식에 많은 변화를 주었다. 사회가 물질, 기술적으로 발달되어가는 반면 인간적 측면에서는 인간소외, 획일화, 환경파괴등의 많은 문제점과 혼란을 야기시키고 있다. 이러한 현상은 사무환경에서도 나타나며, 인간과 기계의 무질서한 대립으로 인간 중심적 환경이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 또한 오늘날 사무공간은 단순업무 및 장소의 개념에서 벗어나 정보를 생산하고 관리하는 창조적 기능공간으로서의 재인식이 필요하게 되었다. 즉 사무환경을 유기적 시스템의 개념으로 보아 그 안에서 상호작용하는 많은 인자들을 조사, 분석하여 인간중심적 환경이 조성되어야 하며, 이러한 사무환경은 생산성향상 및 기업의 이미지를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 사무환경디자인은 보다 많은 정보를 통해 체계적이고 통합적인 방법으로 이루어져야 한다. 그러나 기존의 디자인 방법으로는 많은 정보를 과학적으로 분석할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라, 최적의 디자인 대안을 도출해내기까지의 과정이 비능률적이다. 이러한 문제의 해결안으로 디자인 전 주정에 컴퓨터를 이용하여 보다 합리적이고 능률적인 디자인 방법을 제시해 보고적 한다. 본 연구는 사무환경디자인의 새로운 개념을 정립하고 보다 쾌적하고 인간중심적인 환경창출을 목적으로 한다. 이와같은 사무환경디자인 과정에 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. *연구의 목적과 디자인 방법을 체계화 하였으며, *사무환경의 새로운 개념과 변화를 인식하고 정보, 조직커뮤니케이션, 시스템 이론을 통해 디자인의 과학적 분석의 틀을 설정하였다. -정보를 생산하는 기풍을 갖는 사무환경은 인간이 최고의 능률을 발휘할 수 있도록 기능적으로 디자인되어야 하며 쾌적한 환경이 조성되어야 한다. -디자인은 정보를 수집하고 처리하여 창조적으로 조직하는 과정으로 인식하고 -사무환경디자인은 내적체계로서의 조직커뮤니케이션을 통한 분석이 이루어져야 하며, 디자인 요소는 이러한 커뮤니케이션의 흐름안에서 분석되어져야 한다. -모든 환경은 하나의 체계를 구성하며 그 체계속에서 변화, 발전하여 목적이 있는 유기적 전체를 형성하므로 모든 디자인 문제는 통합적 시스템으로 이루어져야 한다. *앞서 분석된 자료와 이론적 접근을 통해 사무환경디자인 과정의 개념적 틀을 정립하고 컴퓨터를 이용하여 그 방법에 합리화와 능률화를 시도하였다. -현 사무환경의 문제점을 분석하여 그 해결방안으로서의 디자인 목표를 설정했으며, -기존의 사무환경 디자인 과정을 분석하여 단순 반복작업과정과 창조작업과정을 분류하고 사무환경디자인 과정에 컴퓨터를 이용하여 프로그래밍하므로써 하나의 시스템으로 통합하였다. -그 결과 디자인과정의 합리화를 꾀할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 커뮤니케이션의 용이성, 사무환경의 인간 중심화, 기능화, 미적 정보체계화를 통해 보다 창조적인 정보생산의 장으로서의 기능을 극대화 할 수 있으리라 기대된다. *사무환경 디자인은 대부분 커뮤니케이션 행위로서 디자이너는 모든 사고와 디자인 방법이 과학적이고 합리적으로 이루어져서 인간이 주체적 가치로 인식되어지는 공간 창출을 시도해야 한다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 다학문적 접근 방법이 필연적이며, 디자인 과정에 첨단과학기술을 이용하여 보다 효율적이고 능률적인 연구가 이루어져야 한다. 즉 창조적 사고에 더 많은 가치를 두는 사무환경 디자인 프로그래밍이 요구된다. 이는 사무환경의 질적 향상 뿐만 아니라 인간성 회복 및 사회발전에도 이바지 할 수 있을 것이다.;The society of today is giving much change to the existing life mode, due to the advaent of high level of information-oriented society and the rapid progress of technology. While the society is being developed physically and technically, many issues and disorder such as human alienation, standardization and environmental disruption etc are being induced in the human side. These phenomena are emerging in the office environment most outstandingly, and the humancentered environment is not being made due to the chaotic opposition of human being and machine. How ever, recognizing anew the office space of today as the creative function space to produce and manage the information is required, by getting out of the concept of exiting simple business and place. That is, human-centerd environment should be made by regarding the office environment as the concept of organic system and surveying and analyzing many factors interacting in it, and this office environment will be able to raise the productivity improvement and enterprise image. So, office environment design should be made, through much more information and by systematic and integrative method. But, with the exiting design method, not only it is impossible to analyze much information scientifically, but also deduction process of optimum design alternative is inefficient. As the alternative I try to suggest more reasonable and efficient design method, by using the the computer in whole process of design. Thus, the goal of this study is to create more comfortable and self-centered environment for the new concept estsblishment of office environmental design. To summarize the result which emerged in the process of office environmental design like this is as follows: * The goal of study and the design method were systemized. * The frame of scientific analysis of design was established through information, system communication and system theory, by recognizing the new concept and change of office environment. * The office environment equipped with the function to produce the information should be designed functionally, so that human being may exercise the maximum efficiency, and the comfortable environment should be created. * About the office environment, the analysis through system communication as the inner system should be made. And the design factor should be analyzed in the stream of this communication. * The conceptual frame of process of office environmental design was etablished through the above-analyzed data and theoretical approach,and the rationalization and the promotion of efficiency about the method were tried with the use of computer. * By analizing the issues of present office environment, the design goal was established as the solution plan. * Through the analysis of process of existing office environmental design, by classifying the simple repetitous work process and creative work process, the process of office environmental design was intergrated to one system, with the programming through the use of computer. * Design goal was verified, by selecting the subject enterprise and suggesting the alternative of office environmental design through the above-established programming * As a result of it, it is expected that not only the rationalization of design process will be able to devised but also the maximization of function as the place of more creative information production will be able to be made through the easiness of communication, the humanization ＆ functionalization of office environment and systemization of aesthetic information. * Office environmental design is the communication act generally. Then the designer should try the creation of space that human being is recognized as the main value, by the scientifitic and rational formation of all the thoughts and design method. Inorder to solve this, scientific approach method is required, and more effective and efficient study should be made by using the ultramodern technology in the design process. That is, the programming laying more value in the creative thought is requred. This will be able to contribute toward the recovery of humanity and the social development as well as the qulitative improvement of office environment.
