朝鮮朝 粉靑砂器에 나타난 魚紋의 硏究

Abstract

紋樣은 人間의 美에 대한 追求心이 造形物의 表面에 나타나는 것이므로, 그 紋樣의 象徵的인 意味와 造形性을 이해하는 것은, 곧 그 時代 美의 價値를 파악하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러므로, 本 稿에서는 우리나라 陶磁器에 施紋된 魚紋樣, 특히 朝鮮時代 粉靑沙器에 施紋된 魚紋樣을 硏究해 봄으로써, 그것을 表現한 우리 조상들의 소박하고 밝은 美感을 再照明해 보고자 한다. 우선 魚紋이란 紋樣 素材의 發生과 변천과정을 파악하여, 그러한 紋樣이 朝鮮朝 粉靑沙器에는 어떠한 意味와 特性을 지니고 나타나는 가를 究明하여 보고, 魚紋이 施紋된 粉靑沙器의 배경과 특성에 대해서 살펴보기로 하다. 또한, 粉靑沙器는 施紋技法이 다양하고, 그 技法 마다의 特性이 獨特하여, 분청사기의 硏究는 技法의 硏究가 앞서야 할 것이다. 이같은 朝鮮朝 粉靑沙器에 나타난 魚紋을 象嵌技法, 彫花技法, 鐵函技法, 剝地技法, 印華技法으로 나누어 분류해 보고, 각 技法마다의 특성과 施紋된 器形에 따른 分類를 통하여, 우리나라의 독자적인 民俗紋樣으로 정착하게 되는 魚紋의 本質을 把握하여 보았다. 以上으로, 自然과 合一된 소박하고 아취있는 우리 民族의 美感을 粉靑沙器라는 朝鮮朝 陶磁에 表現된 魚紋을 통하여 밝혀 보았다.;Since man's aspiration for beauty is externally expressed by Design in formative work, to understand symbolic meaning and forming of design has played on important role to grasp the value of contemporary beauty. This study has tried to review our ancestors' naive and bright aesthetic sense through investigation of fish design decorated in Korean ceramics, especially in Bunchungsagi of Yi-Dynasty. First of all, it has been tried to understand the essence of fish design as decoration material through reviewing its creation and variation, and to clarify its characteristics found in Bunchungsagi of Yi-Dynasty. Also, it has been investigated what the artistic background and characteristics of Bunchungsagi are. Varied techniques of decoration and the unique characteristics of each methods used for Bunchungsagi make it firm be considered that the investigation for its techniques are more important than others. Like this, the essence of Fish design fixed as the folk-lore's design of our own has been examined through the clarification according to characteristics of techniques and the ware forms. Fish design of Bunchungsagi was clarified into Sang-gam technique, Cho-wha technique, Iron-oxide decoration techniques, Pak-gi technique and In-wha techniques. As mentioned above, the main-view of this study was to prove the naive and moody asthetic senses of our ancestors through the fish design decorated on ceramic wares called Bunchungsagi of Yi-Dynasty.
