陶藝에 의한 律動的 人體의 造形

Abstract

藝術이 人間의 生活環境 內에서 중요한 일부분을 占有하면서부터 그 對象이나 表現方式은 時代를 거쳐 樣式의 變化와 史朝의 변천이 각 時代의 意識을 반영하며 맥락을 이어오고 있다. 따라서 우리의 視覺內에서 포착할 수 있는 事物中 藝術의 對象이 되지 않은 것이 없으며, 우리의 視覺領域을 넘어선 感情이나 無意識의 世界, 先驗的인 領域까지를 오늘의 藝術은 表出하고자 시도하고 있다. 이러한 수많은 대상 중 인체는 가장 오래된, 그리고 끊임없이 추구되는 對象으로 현재에 이르기까지 表現의 主體가 되고 있다. 本 硏究에서 인체표현의 특징을 시대별로 고찰한 바에 의하면, 표현의 대상물로서 인체가 나타난 시기는 그것이 비록 순수 예술의 표현목적을 지닌 것이 아니라 할지라도 아주 오래전 부터이며, 주로 宗敎的 對象物과 깊은 연관을 맺고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 주목할만한 것은 신라시대의 토우 중 잡기상들과 조선시대의 文武人石 등의 造形物이다. 이들은 과장된 동작이나 형태의 단순처리로 나타내고자 하는 감정이나 목적이 뚜렷이 나타내어지고 있다. 律動은 空間內에 펼쳐지는 시간의 파노라마( Panorama )이다. 瞬間에서 瞬間으로 연속되는 행위중의 일순간의 포착에 의해 결정되는 한 동작에 의해 조형되어진 형상에서 우리는 움직인다는 감각을 인식할 수 있다. 이렇게 순간결정된 형태를 本 硏究에서는 여러단계 - 形態의 線분해→面으로 합성→造形을 위한 형태의 재해석-를 거쳐 分析한 후 製作하게 되는데 이 과정에서 표현의도의 효과적인 전달을 위해 형태의 단순화, 誇張, 加勢 등이 이루어지며, 이러한 모든 전개과정을 실제 도표로써 제시하여 작품의 理解를 圖謀하였다.;The objects and the expressional forms of Art have connected with the changes of the styles and transitions current of the history throughout the times reflecting the unique ideas of each generations since Art had taken possession of the one important part in the conditions of the human life. Therefore there is nothing not to be able to be regarded as the object of Art in the materials of the visible world. Contemporary art has tried to express even the sphere of emotional or unconscious world and transcendental cognition beyond our visible world. In these numerous objects of expression, the human body has been pursued unceasingly as the main object of expression. This treatise have investigated the characteristics of the human body expression according to the changes of times. The theme of the treatise is based on the rhythmical body with the dynamic power. As the result of the investigation, the time when the human body had been pursued as the object of expression, even though it had not been produced under the spirit of pure art, was long before. It had been linked mainly with the religious objects. Especially the clay dolls and the miscellaneous gambling figures of Silla Dynasty, and civil and military officials statues of Chosen Period are not noteworthy. They obviously show the emotion or the purpose what the striat want to express by means of exaggereted motion or simplification of forms. Rhythm is the panorama of time spread in the space. The motions are decided by a short momentary seizure of the continuing action from moment to moment. A work is produced after analyzing through the steps ; Line-analysis the form -- Composition into the faces -- Intepretation of the style for forming. Simplification of the form, exaggeration, and supporting are accomplished through the above steps for the effective communication to be expressed. In other to make it easy to interpret a work, the chart of the development process is presented.
