陶磁를 통한 季節의 이미지 形象化

Abstract

인간은 주어진 상황에서 어떤 새로운 것을 끊임없이 창조하려고 한다. 인간은 자연에 대해 끊임없는 동경을 가지고 있으며 이러한 자연은 인간의 조형적 창작활동의 소재가 되고 있다. 자연은 大宇宙 秩序에 의해 유지되며 그러한 질서속에는 조화가 있다. 인간은 자연과의 밀접한 관계를 유지하면서 살아왔다. 예술가들은 그 자연속에서 美를 발견하고 직접 간접으로 체험한 이미지를 형상화해 왔으며 陶磁에서도 새롭고 다양한 조형예술로서의 가치추구를 위한 노력이 행하여지고 있다. 本 硏究에서는 "도자를 통한 계절의 이미지 형상화" 란 主題를 設定하고 우리나라 山의 형태를 토대로 계절의 특징과, 색감을 첨가함으로써 계절 이미지를 형상화하고자 한다. 연구 방법은 계절의 형성원리를 이해하고 계절에 따른 상징적 기호색과 기존의 작품에 나타나 있는 계절色을 연구·분석하였다. 작품 제작에서는 계절의 이미지를 형상화하기 위해 表現對象이 필요하였다. 늘 가까이서 접하게 되는 山은 四季의 변화를 느끼기에 적합한 대상이다. 우리 나라 山은 둥글고 노년기山의 형태가 대부분이다. 이러한 山의 형태를 기본으로 각 계절의 느낌에 따라 곡선형과 직선형으로 나누었고 여기에 계절의 성격, 특성, 통계에서 얻어낸 색을 첨가함으로써 계절의 이미지를 간결하면서 함축성있게 표현하고자 노력하였다. 제작 방법은 작품의 크기와 형태 등 표현방법에 따라 泥奬鑄入성형. 석고형을 이용한 粘土板 압축성형, 板성형, 물레성형을 하였다. 季節의 이미지를 形象化하고 作品製作을 通하여 다양한 經驗을 體得함으로써 폭 넓은 陶磁藝術을 추구해 보고자 하였다.;People try to create something new continously in the given circumstances People have endless Longing for the nature and it is the subject of their formative creation. The nature is maintained by an universal order and in it exists harmony. People have lived in close relationship with the nature. Artists have found beauty in the nature and formed images of what they expeienced directly or indirectly. In ceramics. efforts are made to find the value as a new and various formative art. This study is titled, "To form the images of seasons through the ceramic arts," and based on the shapes of Korean mountains, I try to form the seasonal image by adding the characters and colors of the season. The method of the study is understanding the principle of the season formation and studying and analysing the symbolic colors of the seasons with the seasonal colors of already existing works. In producting the work, a subject for expression was needed to form the image of seasons. The mountain, always near by is a suited subject for feeling the changes of the four seasons. Korean mountains are round and a lot are in shapes of curved form and straight form for each season and by adding the color acquired by statistic and character of season, tried to express a simple and concentrated image of seasons. For this forming process, slip casting, press, slab building, and wheel forming were used according to the form and size. By forming the image of seasons and getting various experiences through producing the work, I tried to find a more universal ceramic art.
