創意的 動作敎育에 대한 幼稚園 敎師의 態度 分析

Abstract

本 論文은 유아들의 創意的 動作敎育에 임하는 幼稚園 敎師들의 태도를 分析하여 이로부터 도출된 문제점들을 중심으로 체계적인 敎育方法論과 전문적인 지식이 부족한 現 유치원 교육 종사자들에게 창의적 동작교육의 중요성을 고취시키고, 향후 敎育의 方向 및 方法論 정립의 기초자료를 제공하는 데에 目的을 둔다. 幼稚園 敎育에서의 創意的 表現指導는 유아의 成長發達 全般(身體·情緖·認知·社會性 發達 等)에 중대한 영향을 미친다. 따라서 이 分野는 더욱 專門的이고 體系的인 敎育方法論과 知識이 필요하다. 또한 유치원 무용교육은 무용이 본래 지니고 있는 遊戱的인 面과 創意的인 面이 크게 강조되는 시기이다. 그러므로 舞踊은 어린이들의 성장발달, 인지개발, 정서함양을 위한 좋은 敎育手段이 된다. 이에 현재 유치원 교육에서 무용을 중심으로 이루어지는 創意的 動作敎育이 실시되고 있는 실태와 이에 대한 敎師의 態度에 관해 設問紙를 통하여 알아보았다. 이와 같은 目的에 따라 서울지역 所在 39개 유치원의 교사 109명을 대상으로 調査硏究하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 사실을 알게 되었다. 動作敎育의 槪念과 創意的 動作敎育의 必要性 및 敎育環境에 대해서는 높은 이해도를 보여주고 있으나 실제의 敎育場面에서는 효율적인 만족도나 결과를 볼 수 없었다. 그리고 전문적인 知識의 부족 및 方法論의 결여, 또 교육환경의 未備로 인해 비교적 높은 호응도를 보여주는 幼兒들에게 효과적으로 작용하지 못하고 있는 것이 現 유치원 교육에서의 창의적 동작교육의 실태이다. 따라서 유아의 올바른 動作敎育을 위해 전문교육을 통한 敎師들의 자질향상과 교육환경의 改善이 먼저 이루어져야 하며, 이 分野에 대한 硏究도 더욱 활성화될 것이 요망된다 하겠다.;This thesis is to inspire the importance of education of the creative behaviour to the present kindergarten educators who are insufficient for their systematic educational methodology and professional knowledge, by analyzing the attitude of kindergarten teachers for the creative behaviour of infants and focused on its problems, and aimed at providing the future educational directions and fundamental data to establish the methodology. The instruction of creative expression in the kindergarten education has an important effect on the overall development of infants growth. Therefore, this sphere is required for more professional and systematic educational methodology and knowledge. Further, now is the time for the dancing education of kindergarten to express a genetic and creative aspect with the dancing itself, more significantly. Therefore, the dancing will be a better educational means for children's growth, perceptive development and sentimental development. In this respect, the present situation of creative behaviour education performed focused on the dancing education at the kindergarten and its teachers altitude were reviewed through questionnaires. For this purpose, 109 kindergarten teachers were investigated and studied. As a result, it can be found as follow: Higher understanding degree was shown for the concept of the behaviour education, the necessity of creative behaviour education and educational surroundings, but effective satisfaction and results can not be found in the actual educational situation. Moreover, it is the present situation for the creative behaviour education at the present kindergarten that the lack of professional knowledge and methodology is not effectively worked for infants who show relatively higher responses due to the insufficiency of the educational surroundings. Therefore, in order for infants proper behaviour education, an improvement of the teachers qualification through the professional education and improvement of the educational surroundings should be first made and it is required that a study on this sphere should be more active.
