有機的인 線을 活用한 陶磁의 律動性 硏究

Abstract

造形藝術이란 여러가지 造形要素가 形成原理에 따라 秩序있는 造和를 이루었을 때, 그 美的 가치를 나타내게 된다. 모든 造形作品이 粘土에 의한 造形要索나 造形原理를 通해 이루어지는 것이라면 藝術 역시 예외일 수는 없다. 그러한 形成原理 중의 하나인 律動은 入間 本然의 原始的 感情의 하나로 人間 내부에 情感이 存在하는 한 情感의 흐름, 즉, 心理的 律動現象은 그치지 않을 것이다. 心理的 律動感에 充滿해 있을 때 人間은 매우 情熱的이되고, 이의 不在는 곧 倦怠와 疎外感으로 나타나게 될 것이다. 藝術作品도 力動的인 가치의 척도 위에서 構想되어지며, 觀察者의 입장에서 볼 때에도 視覺은 律動的인 方式으로 行해졌을 때 가장 效果的이고 유쾌한 感情을 갖게 된다. 참다운 자기를 찾는데에는 造形活動에서의 律動美에 대한 올바른 理解가 필요하고, 이것을 表現하기 위하여 정지하지 않는 律動的 흐름을 느껴야 한다. 本 硏究에서는 이러한 律動性을 形 가운데 基本이 되는 幾何學的 形態를 통하여 表現하고자 하였는데 自然을 分析함으로써 얻어진 幾何學的 形態는 그 스스로가 이미 自然의 秩序를 包含하고 있는 圖四角形 三角形등의 가장 論理的이고 合理的인 기본형태이므로, 이 形態에서 비롯된 立體形態의 變形을 통해 有機的인 線과 曲面으로 構成되어지는 造形物의 律動性은 美의 本質的 純粹性을 內包한 人間내부의 表現이라 하겠다. 硏究의 內容으로는 律動의 意味와 構成要素인 線의 槪念 그리고 정지된 形態에서 出發하여 有機的인 線으로 構成된 律動的 立體物로의 變形을 이루어 나가기 위하여 그 근본틀인 幾何學的 形態의 一般的 槪念을 理論的 背景으로 삼고 실재 造形作品들을 分析하였다. 作品製作方法은 석고틀을 이용한 鑄入成形으로 粘土가 지닌 부드러운 느낌을 최대한 活用하였다. 本 硏究는 律動性을 어떤 대상의 이미지를 통해 部分的으로 表現하는것이 아니라 創造的이고 가장 단순화된 새로운 形象으로 造形化하는데 力點을 두었고, 그 過程을 通하여 즘 더 폭 넓은 陶磁世界를 經驗하게 되었다.;The formative arts can have its value of beauty accomplished when every factor in the molding process made up harmony in order according to the principles of the formation. Every piece of mold-formation, and ceramic arts with clay can not be exceptional. Rhythm, one of the principles of the formation, is man's innate primitive emotion, and as long as we have this emotion in our inner existence, the flow of emotion, in other words, psychological rhythmic movement will not cease to appear. When we are full of psychological rhythm in ourselves, we become very passionate and eager to do something, but without it we become every destructive and self-abusing, feeling crisis and isolation in life. Artistic works also are formed in imagination on the measure of dynamic. value and when seen from a viewer's point of view, they can be most effective and give the pleasantest feeling to the eyes by making the works in rhythmic method. To find real ourselves, we need to have a proper understanding on the rhyrhmic beauth in the formative works; and to express it, we need to feel the continuous flow of rhythm. In this study, I am to express the rhythmic characteristic by the geometric forms which is a foundation of all forms. As the geometric forms obtained by analyzing the nature is the most logical and rational basic form of a circle, a square and a triangle which itself already include the order of nature, the rhythmic characteristic of mold-formation consisting of the organic line and curve made by the three-dimensional transformation which is obtained from that form is the expression of the inside of human-being which involves the essential pruity of the beauty. In the content of this study, with the base on the common concept of the geometric forms which is one of the basic forms, I analyzed the real moulding productions to accomplish the transformation to thr rhythmic three-dimensional forms which consist of the organic lines come out of thr meaning of rhythm, the concept of line and the static form. In the working process, I made the most of the softness of clay by slip casting. Through this study, I put emphasis not on partially expressing the rhythmic characteristic by an image of certain object but on moulding to the new forms created and the most simplized and I experienced a broader area of ceramic ware.
