사회체육기관 자원지도자의 참여실태에 관한 조사연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 사회체육기관에서 활동하고 있는 자원지도자들의 일반적 특성, 활동현황, 참여만족정도, 장애요인, 활용실태 등을 조사하여 이들을 지속적으로 활동할 수 있는 여건을 마련해 줄 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자원지도자들의 참여경로 및 참여동기, 활동대상 및 활동내용, 활동기간 및 활동시기 등에 대해 조사하고, 이를 토대로 자원지도자들의 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 조사대상 표집은 의도적 표집방법을 사용하였으며, 현재 서울시에 소재하고 있는 13개 비영리 사회체육기관에서 자원봉사를 하고 있는 230명을 선정하였으며, 총 230부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종 225부가 분석자료로 사용되었다. 본 연구에서 사용된 설문지는 기존에 사용되었던 자원봉사활동에 관련하여 작성된 질문지를 참고하여 본 연구자가 사회체육기관 자원지도자 활동에 적합하도록 수정·보안하였다. 설문지문항에 대해 살펴보면 총 39문항으로 구성되어 있다. 조사대상자의 개인적인 특성에 관한 문항이 5개, 자원지도자 활동내용에 관한 문항이 15개, 자원지도자 활동 참여만족도에 관한 문항이 15개, 그리고 지속성과 적극성에 관한 문항이 2문항이며, 참고적으로 자원지도자활동에 대한 문제점과 소속기관에 바라는 자원지도자들의 요구를 알아보기 위해 2문항을 추가하였다. 수집된 자료는 형태와 내용에 따라 단순빈도 분석과 (Frequency) 백분율, Chi-Square를 사용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 성별에 따른 자원봉사활동의 적극성에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 2. 활동기간에 따른 자원봉사활동의 적극성에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 3. 성별에 따른 자원봉사활동의 지속성에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 4. 활동기간에 따른 자원봉사활동의 지속성에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 5. 학년에 따른 자원봉사활동의 지속성에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.;The purpose of this study was to examine the individual characteristics. motivation, intensity of the participation. satisfaction of the activity and the inhibiting factors for the volunteer activity. With these results, provide a fundamental materials that necessary to the effective management and practical application on the sports center volunteers. The sample was drawn from the 255 volunteers who worked at the public sports centers located in Seoul. They were selected by the method of purposive sampling. The survey was undertaken from February 17th to March 14th, 1997 using a self administration method. A frequency distribution and Chi square test was conducted using the SAS package for the difference between the variables. A probability of p<0.05 was accepted as the minimum value for the statistical difference between the variables. The results of this study indicated as following. 1. There was a statistically significant difference between gender in positiveness in volunteer activity. 2. There was a statistically significant difference between the duration of the activity in positiveness in volunteer activity. 3. There was no significant difference between gender in durability in volunteer activity. 4. There was no statistically significant difference between the duration of activity in durability in volunteer activity. 5. There was a statistically significant difference between the school year in durability in volunteer activity.
