중·장년 여성의 스포츠 참여와 결혼만족도에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the importance of qualitative leisure experience by examining the relationship between participation in sports and marital satisfaction of the old middle age women. In order to achieve such purpose, the old middle age women, more than 40 years of living experence in Seoul and Kyonggi area, were selected as the collection group. As the parent group, 300 persons of life sports participation group (health club, aerobic, table-tennis, badminton, swimming, golf etc.) and non-life sports participation group have been collected by Systematics Cluster Random Sampling. In this study, the marital satisfaction of Hayes and Stinnett and national life sports participation condition research (1992) was translated to study and marital satisfaction for the purpose of examining social demographic reason on participation in sports, and the collection of the data for this study was executed after finishing reliability and feasibility test. After collecting the data, the answer results are from the the questionnaire, the data which were regarded to be poor in answer contents and judged not to be reliable were excluded from the analysis subject reading to the individual inputting of the data which were able to be analyzed. Then computerization was made according to each purpose by using the existing program of SPSS/PC+. (For the statistics method in this study, Frequencies and ANCOVA, etc. were used.) The conclusions of this study obtained through such study procedure and process were as followings. First, it seemed that the participation in sports of the old middle age women influenced marital satisfaction on economy and that it didn't statistically influence marital satisfaction on sense of colleague, character adaptation, sexual life, children relation, self concept and relation to the esteemed house of husband. Second, it seemed that the participation frequency of the participation in sports of the old middle age women influenced marital satisfaction on sense of colleague, and sexual life, and participation strength, marital satisfaction OR self concept, and participation period, and marital satisfaction on the esteemed house of husband.;본 연구는 중, 장년 여성의 스포츠 참여와 결혼만족도의 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 고찰하고 실증적인 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울, 경기 지역에 거주하는 40세이상의 여성을 모집단으로 설정하였다. 조사대상의 표집은 체계적 유층집락 무선 표집법(systematics cluster random sampling)을 이용하였다. 사회인구학적 요인과 스포츠 참여정도를 조사하기 위하여 국민생활체육 참여실태조사(1992)에서 사용한 설문 내용과 결혼만족도를 조사하기 위하여 Hayes와 Stinnett의 결혼만족도를 번안하여 신뢰도와 타당도 검사를 마친후 본 연구의 자료수집을 위해 사용하였다. 본 연구에서의 설문지의 응답결과를 기입한 자료를 회수한 후 응답내용이 부실하거나 신뢰성이 없다고 판단되는 자료를 분석대상에서 제외시키고 분석 가능한 자료를 컴퓨터에 개별입력시킨 후 SPSS/PC+의 기존 프로그램을 활용하여 자료분석의, 목적에 따라 전산 처리하였으며, 사용된 통계기법은 빈도분석(Frequencies), 공변량분석(ANCOVA)이다. 이와 같은 연구절차와 과정을 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중, 장년 여성의 스포츠 참여유무는 경제에 관련된 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 동료감, 성격적응, 성생활, 자녀관계, 자아개념, 시댁관계와 관련된 결혼만족도에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중, 장년 여성의 스포츠 참여정도 중 참여빈도는 동료감과 성생활과 관련된 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 참여강도는 자아개념과 관련된 대한 결혼만족도에 그리고 참여기간은 시댁관계와 관련된 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
