Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 특수고 및 일반고 학생들의 척추이상 및 하지변형 유·무를 파악하고 그에 따른 올바른 신체발달과 근골격계 변형을 예방할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 연구 대상자로는 과학고, 체육고 그리고 일반고에 재학중인 학생들을 각 60명씩 선정하였다. 자료분석은 일원변량분석과 Chi-square 그리고 상관관계 분석을 사용하였으며 사후검증은 Duncan검증방법을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 일반, 과학 그리고 체육고등학교 학생들 간의 척추이상은 각 학교별로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05, p< .001). 둘째, 일반, 과학 그리고 체육고등학교 학생들 간의 Q-angle의 차이는 남녀 모두 체육고등학교가 다른 두 하교에 비해 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.01, p<,001). 셋째, 각 학교별 학생들의 신체적 특징과 척추이상은 과학고는 척추후만과 신장에서, 체육고는 척추후만과 신장, 척추측만과 체중에서 각각 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 넷째, 성별에 따른 신체적 특징과 척추이상 및 하지변형과의 관계는 남학생은 척추측만과 체중에서 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 여학생은 척추전만과 체중, 척추전만과 신장, 그리고 척추후만과 연령에서 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 성별에 따른 각 척추이상 및 하지변형과의 관계는 남학생은 척추전만과 전경두부, 척추후만과 전경두부에서 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 여학생은 척추전만과 전경두부, 척추후만과 척추전만, 그리고 Q-angle과 척추전만에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때 특수고 및 일반고 학생들의 척추이상 및 하지변형에는 유의한 차이가 있다는 사실을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 이들에게 필요한 자세교정 프로그램이 제공되어야 할 것이다.;The purpose of this study was to identify the prevelence of spinal and lower extremity deformities to help maintain correct body development, and to prevent musculoskeletal deformities in two special purpose and one non-special purpose high school students. The subjects were 180 students, who were selected from science high school, physical education high school, and regular high school. The results of the test were analyzed by Chi-square test, one-way ANOVA and correlation of SPSS/PC+ program. The results of this study were as follow. 1. Spinal deformities among schools were a significantly difference in each high school(p<.05, p<.001). 2. Quadriceps angle among schools were a significantly difference between physical education high school and the others(p<.01, p<.001). 3. It was found that the relationship between physical characteristics and spinal deformities among schools was significant for kyphosis and height in science high school students. In physical education high school students there were significant relationships between kyphosis and height and between scoliosis and weight. 4. Relationship between physical characteristics and spinal and lower extremity deformities by sex was as follows. In male students there was a significant relationship between scoliosis and weight, and in female students the relationship between lordosis and weight as well as height was significant. Also, there was a significant relationship between kyphosis and age. 5. Relationship between spinal deformities and lower extremity deformity by sex as follows. The relationship between lordosis and forward head and between kyphosis and forward head in male students were found significant. In female students the relationship between lordosis and forward head, between kyphosis and lordosis, and Q-angle and lordosis were found significant. From the results, there were significant differences between the special purpose and regular high school in spinal and lower extremity deformities. Therefore, the screening program should be provided with the growing students.
