Abstract
본 硏究는 Quercus aliena의 Allelopathic 現象을 밝히기 위해 5種의 草本을 選定하여 갈참나무의 生葉과 落葉의 抽出液으로 發芽 및 伸長 實驗을 하였다. 또한 갈참나무의 Allelopathic 現象을 일으키는 데 作用하는 것이라고 豫想되는 植物毒素(Phytotoxin)를 同定하기 위해 Paper Chromatography와 High Performance Liquid Chromatography를 使用하였다. 生葉과 落葉 抽出液에 대한 實驗 結果는 5種 모두가 發芽率과 芽生 伸長率에 있어서 抑制되었고, 그 抑制 效果는 落葉 抽出液보다 生葉 抽出液에 있어서 더 컸으며, 5種의 種子에 따라 抑制받는 정도가 달랐고, 發芽率 또는 伸長率에 抑制하는 정도도 각기 달랐다. 또한, 生葉이나 落葉을 水溶 抽出(aqueous extracts)한 時間의 增加에 比例하여 發芽率과 芽生 伸長率이 抑制되었다. 갈참나무 잎으로 부터 分離同定된 物質은 Paper Chromatography(PC)에 依한 것에는 Ferulic, p-Hydroxybenzoic, Syringic acid 그리고 Catechol과 5-Sulfosalicylic acid가 있었고, High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)에 依한 것에는 5-Sulfosalicylic, Syringic, p-Hydroxybenzoic acid 그리고 Hydroquinone이 同定되었다. 또한, Q. aliena 의 葉 抽出液에 內包된 tannic acid가 정량되었다.;The inhibition of seed germination and seedling development by the allelopathic potential of Q. aliena was observed in the herbs. The germination and the seedling growth of test species were suppressed by the aqueous extracts of fresh leaves and fallen leaves. The effects of the inhibition were higher in the cases of the fresh leaves extracts than those of the fallen leaves extracts. The effects of the inhibition of germination and seedling growth were different with each species. The seed germination and the seedling growth were inhibited in proportion to the concentration of leaves extracts. The 6 chemicals were identified by the paper chromatography and the high performance liquid chromatography. The quantities of tannic acid of the leaf extracts were measured by the Folin-Denis colorimetric method.
