아동학대에 대한 일반인의 인식 조사연구

Abstract

This paper is to mesure the individual's perception of child abuse to find the relationship between the perception and the demographic characteristics. The 1st chapter contains review of previous studies of child abuse. The 2nd chapter deals with different kinds of definitions made by many scholors which can be categorized as medical and legal. The 3rd & 4th chapter deal with analysis made by statistical method. The respondents of the questionaire are from men and women of over 20 years old, living in Seoul city. Child Abuse is categorized as physical, emotional, sexual, neglect and supervision. The general characteristics of the respondents was investigated according to the five above categories such as sex, age, matrital status and family income. It has been found that women, the 20's, the single, people of lower income tend to think more serious than men, the 30's, the married and people of higher income do.;본 연구는 아동 학대에 대한 일반인들의 인식도를 측정하여 일반인의 인구학적 특성과 인식정도 간에 관련성이 있는가를 보는데 그 목적이 있다. Ⅱ에서는 아동 학대에 대한 이론적 고찰로서 아동 학대에 대한 정의를 의료적 정의와 법적 정의로 나누어 보았으며 이에 대한 법적 후속 조치도 아울러 살펴보았다. Ⅲ에서는 연구 방법 및 분석 방법으로서 조사 도구를 알아보았다. Ⅳ에서는 응답자들의 일반적 특성과 연구 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 서울시내의 만20세 이상 일반 남자와 여자를 중심으로 설문지 조사를 하였다. 조사 부분에서는 첫째, 응답자들의 일반적 특징, 둘째, 문항별로 가장 심각하게 생각하는 항목과 가장 심각하게 생각하지 않은 항목에 대해 살펴보았다. 셋째, 각 유형별인 신체적 학대, 정서적 학대, 성적 학대, 방임, 양육의 태만에 대한 성별, 연령, 결혼 여부, 최종 학력, 종교, 가족의 총 월수입과의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 아동 학대에 대한 부모의 태도와 사회 관여의 여부에 대하여 알아보았다. 그 결과 성별, 연령, 결혼 여부에 따라 여자가 남자보다, 20대가 30대 보다, 미혼자가 기혼자보다, 수입이 낮은 사람이 높은 사람보다 아동 학대에 대하여 심각하게 생각하는 경향이 있었다.
