우리나라 무용예술에 있어 기업지원의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 기업의 문화예술 지원 분야 중 무용예술 분야에서의 기업지원에 촛점을 맞추었다. 우리나라 무용예술은 무용인구의 증가에 비해 적절한 공연장의 결핍, 단체의 재정적인 어려움, 관심있고 호응있는 관객의 확보등의 문제점을 안고 있어 무용예술이 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 무용예술에 대한 지원이 절대적으로 필요하다고 판단되었다. 이를 위해 무용예술에 대한 기업 지원이 활성화 될 수 있는 방안들을 다각도로 모색하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 먼저 문화예술발전과 경제발전의 상관관계를 밝히기 위해 문화 경제학에 관해 간략히 살펴보았다. 이러한 학문의 등장은 문화와 경제의 필연적으로 밀접한 관계를 증명하는 것이고 이러한 문화경제학적인 관점에서 자본주의 경제 주체인 기업의 문화활동과 함께 기업의 예술 지원 개념이 대두되었다. 지원활동과 더불어 기업 내에서 일고 있는 기업문화는 기업과 문화예술이 만나 균형적인 발전을 이루는데 정신적인 역할을 하고 있다. 더불어 수준 높은 문화예술은 기업뿐 아니라 한 나라의 위상을 높이고 기업의 생산성을 향상시키는 등의 경제적인 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다. 다음으로 무용예술에서 기업지원의 현황과 문제점에 대해 살펴보았다. 기업지원의 현황을 살펴보기에 앞서 무용예술단체들의 재원조달 형태에 대해 알아보았다. 기업지원의 현황에서는 개별적인 기업지원과 문예진흥조건부 기부금으로 나누어 재정 지원을 살펴보았고 기업의 무용단체 운영과 그 밖에 한국 기업메세나 협의회를 통한 기업의 지원현황을 살펴보았다. 이들 지원을 토대로 기업 지원의 문제점을 제시하였다. 무용예술에 대한 기업지원의 활성화 방안은 기업지원형태의 다각화와 정부의 협조 체계를 통한 연구를 병행하였다. 무용페스티벌의 경우에는 휴가철에 기업 이미지에 맞는 특색을 살려 용평, 설악, 무주등의 휴양지에서 기업에서 무용 페스티벌을 개최하는 방안을 연구하였다. 또한 공연장을 운영하는 기업에서 무용가들을 위한 기획공연을 주최하여 극장을 무료로 대관해 주거나 무용공연이 어려운 공간들을 공연하기에 적절한 공간으로 개선하는 방안을 연구하였다. 이와 더불어 기업의 지원을 활성화하기 위한 정부의 조세제도 개선 방안도 함께 제안하였다. 이제까지 무용예술에 대한 기업 지원은 협찬을 통한 재정지원이 대부분을 차지하였다. 기업 지원의 활성화 방안 연구는 기업의 지원이 좀 더 다각적인 차원에서 이루어지도록하여 기업의 사회적 참여의 기회를 넓히고 무용예술인들이 창조적 작품활동을 하는데 보다 실질적인 도움을 주고자 하는데 의의를 둘 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 활성화 방안이 현실화 되기 위해서는 무용의 지원에 대한 기업이나 대중들의 자발적인 참여가 필요하다고 생각된다. 또한 지원을 하는 기업에서는 남에게 보이기 위한 과시용의 지원 아닌, 기업이 공동으로 사회봉사의 정신을 가지고 문화예술발전에 기여한다는 마음을 가져야 할 것이다.;This study is to focus on the corporate support for Art of Dance in culture and art supported by corporation. Even if in Korea, has increased in dance population continuously, Art of Dances has faced several problems such as the lack of theaters, company's financial problem, and securing the audiences who are interested in and are in sympathy with. Therefore, it is essential to think that giving the continuous support to Art of Dances will be absolutely needed so as for it to grow continuously. The purpose of this study is to seek for the schemes to support the Art of Dances in many ways in which the support requires the sustained effort. Followed by the purpose of study, in finding the relation between economic growth and Art and Cultural growth, briefly look up the Cultural-Economics. Emerging study is to prove that there must be a close relation between culture and economy. And in a view of Cultural-Economics, corporations cultural activities as the mai body of economy and the corporate support by the concept of Arts have been focused. The activities from corporation for supporting Arts, as well as corporate culture that has been emerging in corporation take an important and spiritual role so as for corporation and Arts to grow simultaneously and to meet a balanced development. As stated above, growth of corporation and Arts will expect an important impact on improvement of certain country's position or status and of corporation's productivity. And then, examining the present status and the problems for giving the support to Art of Dances. In prior to discussing the present status, trying to figure out the various forms of getting fund or contribution by Art of Dances company. In the current status of corporate contribution, examining this to be divided into two plans, which first of all, are corporate support and Conditional endowment of the Korean Cultural and Arts foundation. Also, look over the manage of dance company belonged to corporation and the support through the Korean Business Council for the Arts. Finally, suggest the problems that have been occurred. After that, research into schemes of corporate contribution for Art of Dances through help of government and various forms of giving support by corporation simultaneously. Also, examining the way in which corporation will hold the specific dance festival fitted into corporate image at recreation centers such as Young-pyung, Seol-ak, or Mu-ju, and in which corporation that manages its own dance company will hold the projected performance for dancer and rent a theater to dancers for free orin which corporation will repair or reform the certain place where is not possible for dance performance so as for dancers to perform at theaters. So far, corporate support has been in the form of giving away funds through some aid. As a matter of fact, purpose of this study into corporate support for Art of Dances is to make corporate contribution given away in various form and get more opportunities to participate in social work. Also, it gives artists and dancers some substantial aid which will be necessary to work creatively in their field. This study is examining the way in which reducing the burden of taxation for corporation and public by the help of government when they support Art of Dances. Therefore, in order to actualize this plan, the corporate support and mass of people voluntarily for Art of Dances will be needed. It is not true that dance is not a close relation with daily life, or it is unfeasible job for luxury-loving people, or pleasure for the specific class in society, but it is a important and essential communication to evoke people's sympathy. When this will come true and be understood by mass of people, all Arts including dance will grow continuously. Also, giving support would better not be ostensible, but keep in mind that corporate support will contribute to the growth of Art of Dances and the quality of social service.
