한국인 집단에서 혈장내 Apolipoprotein A-I과 Antithrombin III의 유전적 다형현상에 관한 연구

Abstract

한국인 집단의 혈장에서 Apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ(Apo A-Ⅰ)과 Antithrombin Ⅲ(ATⅢ)에 대한 다형현상을 SDS gradient acrylamide gel에 의한 2차원 전기영동법 및 vertical isoelectric focusing 방법을 이용하여 조사하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 한국인 집단의 혈장에서 apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ은 apo A-I 1 표현형과 더불어 apolipoprotein A-I 변이형인 apo A-Ⅰ 2-1 형이 관찰되었으며 apo A-Ⅰ 2 형은 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 혈장에서 apo A-Ⅰ의 유전자 빈도는 apo A-Ⅰ*1 = 0.985, apo A-Ⅰ*2 = 0.015로 나타났다. 2. Antithrombin Ⅲ는 AT Ⅲ 1-1 표현형 만 관찰되었고 AT Ⅲ 2-1, AT Ⅲ 3-1 과 AT Ⅲ 4-1형은 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 AT Ⅲ에서 AT Ⅲ*1의 유전자빈도는 1.00으로 나타났다. 3. 위의 결과를 근거로 하여 한국인 집단의 혈장에서, Apo A-I 는 polymorphic하고, AT Ⅲ에서는 monomorphic함을 알 수 있었다.;Genetic polymorphisms of apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ (Apo A-Ⅰ) and Anti-thrombin Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ) of plasma in Korean population were examined by means of 2-dimensional isoelectrofocusing SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and vertical polyacrylamide gel isoelectrofocusing. The results were obtained as fallows : 1. The two Apo A-Ⅰ phenotypes Apo A-Ⅰ 1 and Apo A-Ⅰ 2-1 were detected in Korean populations. :Apo A-Ⅰ 1 and its varient type, Apo A-Ⅰ 2-1. Apo A-Ⅰ 2 type was not found. 2. Only AT Ⅲ 1-1 type was found in Korean populations. AT Ⅲ 2-1, 3-1 and 4-1 isoprotein were not found in Korean population. 3. The gene frequences of Apo A-Ⅰ alleles caculated to be 0.985 for apo A-Ⅰ*1 and 0.015 for apo A-Ⅰ*2, and the gene frequencies of AT Ⅲ alleles caculated to be 1.00 for AT Ⅲ*l. 4. Based on the above results, AT Ⅲ was monomorphic and Apo A-Ⅰ isoprotein was polymorphic in Korean population.
