가족 스트레스와 적응에 관한 일 연구

Abstract

중증 자폐아 가족, 경중 자폐아 가족, 정상아 가족의 가족 스트레스 수준과 대처방안을 비교, 분석하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 자폐아 가족에 대한 상담 및 교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초적인 자료를 제시하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 먼저 E대 부속기관에서 치료중인 자폐아 38명을 대상으로 CARS(Childhood Autism Rating Scale : Schopler, Reichler, Renner, 1986)를 실시하여 중증 자폐아, 경증 자폐아로 분류하였고 이들의 어머니와 서울 시내 유아원 및 유치원에서 교육받고 있는 정상아동의 어머니 35명을 대상으로 FILE(Family Inventory of Life Events and Changes : McCubbin, Wilson, Patterson, 1981), MSI(Maternal Stress Inventory : Pearl in, Schooler, 1978) 그리고 F-Copes(Family Inventory Strategies : McCubbin, Larson, Olsen, 1982)를 참조하여 본 연구자가 구성한 검사지를 사용하여 연구에 필요한 자료를 수집하였다. 자료의 처리는 SPSS PC+를 사용하여 중다회귀분석과 일원변량분석을 실시하였으며 사후 검증을 위해 Duncan's Multiple Range Test를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 집단요인(중증 자폐아, 경증 자폐아, 정상아), 가족의 월수입, 부의 직업, 모의 나이, 아동의 나이, 아동의 출생순위, 결혼연수의 7가지 요인 중에서 집단요인이 (β=.49) 전체 가족 스트레스에 미치는 상대적인 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 평가되었다. 2. 중증 자폐아 가족, 경중 자폐아 가족, 정상아 가족간에 가족스트레스에 포함되는 가족 관계 스트레스 (F=3.99, P<.01)와 가족 재정 스트레스(F=7.28, p<.01), 부모 역할 스트레스(F=27.39, p<.01)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 사후검증 결과 가족 관계 스트레스는 정상아 가족 집단과 중증 자폐아 가족 집단 간에 차이를 보였으며, 가족 재정 스트레스는 정상아가족집단과 중증 자폐아 가족 집단 간에 그리고 정상아 가족 집단과 경중 자폐아 가족집단간에 차이가 나타났고, 부모 역할 스트레스 역시 정상아 가족 집단과 중증 자폐아 가족집단간에 그리고 정상아 가족집단과 경증 자폐아 가족집단간에 차이가 있었다. 3. 중증 자폐아 가족 ,경증 자폐아 가족, 정상아 가족간에 가족대처방안에 포함되는 종교적 지원 방안 (F=6.66, P<.01)과 친구 및 이웃의 지원 방안(F=3.75, P<.01)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 사후검증결과 종교적인 지원방안은 중증 자폐아 가족 집단과 경중 자폐아 가족 집단 간에 그리고 정상아 가족 집단과 중증 자폐아 가족 집단 간에 차이를 보였으며 친구 및 이웃의 지원 방안은 중증 자폐아 가족 집단과 정상아 가족 집단간에 차이가 있었다.;The purpose of this research is to provide fundamantal data , which is essential to develop counseling and educational program for autistic family , analyzing family stress rate and coping strategies of severely autistic children family ,midly autistic children family and normal children family. For this research, 38 autistic children, belonging to subsidary center of E University for therapy, are used a2 sample . With CARS ( Childhood Autism Rating Scale :Schopler, Reichler, Renner. 1986 ), the sample data is classified into severely autistic and mildly autistic. To collect necessary data for this research, modified inventory, which refer to the FILE (Family Inventory of Life Event and Changes : McCubbin , Wilson, Patterson, 1981 ), MSI ( Maternal Stress Inventory : Pearl in , Schopler ,1978), and F-Copes ( Family Inventory Strategies : McCubbin ,Larsen,Olsen,1982), is applied to 35 normal children 's mothers and 38 autistic children's mothers . For data processing Multiple Regression Analysis and One- Way ANOVA for methods are used ,and Duncan's Mutiple Range Test method is used follow-up test with SPSS PC+. The result of this research is as follows : 1. Among seven factors (group factor, income of family, occupation of father , age of mother , age of child , child's birth order , number of years of marrage ), relative influence of group factor(β= .49 ) is the most effective to total family stress. 2. There are significant differences among severely autistic children family .mildly autistic children family and normal children family applying to three types of family stresses .such as, family-relation stress ( F=3.99 .P<.0l ), family-economic stress ( F=7.28 .P<.0l ) and maternal-role stress ( F=27.39 ,P<.01 ). From the research of follow- up test, family - relation stress shows differences between severely autistic children family group and normal children family group and family-economic stress shows differences between severely autistic children family group and normal children family group. mildly autistic children family group and normal children family group .Maternal role stress also shows differences between severely autistic children family group and normal children family group, mildly autistic family group and normal children family group. 3. There are also significant differences among severely autistic children family group , mildly autistic children family and normal children family group applying to religions supporting method(F=6.66 P<.0l) and relativs and friend's supporting method ( F=3.75 ,P<.0l ). From the result of follow-up test ,religions supporting method shows differences between severely autistic children family group and mildly autistic children family group and relatives and friend's supporting method shows severely autistic children family group and normal children family group
