무용표현에 있어서 선(線)에 관한 고찰

Abstract

미를 구현하고 그 美를 표현하는 예술 형태의 하나가 무용이다. 무용에 있어서의 표현은 전달의 기능을 합하고 있기 때문에 신체적인 인체의 움직임은 시각적인 image와 감각적인 image를 지니고 있어야 하며 그러한 기능은 신체적 요소, 공간적 요소, 시간적 요소등이 상호관련 되어지는 창조적 목적이다. 시각적 image는 공간에서 표현되는 여러가지 요소들에 의하여 지각되는데 무용은 공간에서 표현되는 線에 의하여 美적 감각을 느낄 수 있고 감정전달의 중요한 매체가 되는 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 본 논문은 공간미의 한 형태이고 표현소재를 제공하는 線을 연구대상으로 하여 시지각과 형태 심리학 이론을 바탕으로 하여 좀 더 나은 무용의 미적 표현을 하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 본 논문의 결과는 첫째, 형태 심리학(Gestalt psychology)의 한 외계 자극소는 의식속에 표상될때 하나의 체제를 갖춘 단위로 지각되므로 시각의 구조형태로 파악된다. 둘째, 시각의 원리와 적극적 활동은 무용에서 '본다는 것'과 '표현한다는 것'으로 관계되어지며, 그 원리를 통해 표현의 의도를 표현함으로 생명있는 형식을 만들어 낸다. 셋째, 무용적 표현 형식의 한 형태인 선은 시각적 특질과 그 자체의 자유적 성격으로 여러가지 미적·심리적 형태로서 표현된다. 이러한 결과에서 얻어지는 선은 시각경험에 의하여 결정되며 무용공간에서 행해지는 여러형태의 표현 의도에 따라 각기 다른 표현성을 지니게 된다. 그러므로 모든 형태의 윤곽은 리듬을 가진 선에 의해 인간의 미적 감수성에 호소하며 망막을 통하여 인지되어 지기 때문에 무용공간을 형성하는데 직접적인 역할을 하는 중요성을 띤다.;Dancing is a kind of art that realizes and expresses the beauty As the representation in the dancing contains the function of comnunication, the physical movement must have the visual image and sensuous image. And that function is the creative purpose that mntually velated to the physical elenent, spacial element, and tine element. The visual image is felt by the various elements which expresses in space, but the dancing can be felt the sense of beanty by the tine. And the visual image is the important medium in the communication of the feelings. In this sense, this paper (or article) studied the line which is a form of the beauty of space and provides many materials, to the performance of the daneing. And this paper is based on the senses of sighat and perception and ciestalt psychology. So this paper be helpful to much better represcentation of beauty in the dancing. The results of this paper are first, the external element of stimulation in the Gestalt psychology is symbolized as a unit of structure. When is symbolized in the human consciousness. Therefore the external elenent of stimelation is understood as a simple structure on an elementory principle of the sence of sight second, this sight principle and positive activity are connected with "to see" and "to express". And througs this principle we can malcelive form by means of representation. Thire the line is expressed vanious psychological gestalt because of the autonomous character of the line itself. The visual experience decide the line which is obtained from this result. And the line has different representations, according to many intentions which is performanced in the duncing space. So all kinds of outines are appealed to the hnman sensibility by the rhythmical line and they are accurately recorded to the retina. Therefore the line plays a firsthandedd role in making the space duncing.
