가족관계 영역을 중심으로한 역할놀이 수업 모형의 개발 및 적용

Abstract

본 연구는 역할놀이 수업도형을 근거로 하여 고등학교 가정과 교과과정 중 가족관계 영역의 교수·학습방법을 개발하여 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 현재 우리나라 가족관계 유형별 문제점과 해결방법, 앞으로의 개선방향 그리고 역할놀이 수업모형과 그 효과에 관한 문헌 및 선행 연구의 고찰내용을 이론적 기초로 삼았다. 연구방법으로 현행 고등학교 가정과 교과과정 중 인간발달과 가족관계 영역의 교과서 내용을 분석하고, 학생들을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 하여 현재 고등학교 학생들이 경험하고 있는 가족관계 내의 갈등 및 해결방법을 알아보았다. 이를 근거로 하여 역할놀이를 중심으로 한 가족관계 영역의 수업모형을 개발하였다. 현 가족관계 단원은 가족의 이해에 대한 지식위주의 교과내용으로 구성되어 있고, 교육 현장에서는 강의 위주의 교수·학습방법이 주로 이루어지고 있어 가족관계 단원의 목표를 달성하기가 어렵다. 역할놀이 수업모형은 학생들이 사회적 세계에서 자신의 의미를 발견하고, 사회집단의 도움으로 개인적인 갈등을 해결할 수 있도록 하기 위해 고안된 수업방법으로 이 모형은 학생들이 자신의 감정을 탐색하고, 그들의 가치, 태도, 지각에 대한 통찰력을 얻고, 문제해결 기능 및 태도를 개발하고, 다양한 방식으로 내용을 탐색할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있으므로 가족 관계단원의 목표를 이루기에 적당하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 역할놀이 수업모형의 적용을 통하여 가족관계단원의 목표인 학생들의 관찰력, 의사결정능력, 의사소통기술, 문제해결능력을 길러주어 가족의 한 사람으로서 원만한 가족관계를 유지하고, 가족문제를 민주적으로 해결할 수 있는 능력과 태도를 길러주고자 하였다. 그리고 앞서 개발한 학습지도안을 근거로 실제로 역할놀이 수업모형을 적용하여 부모-자녀관계의 갈등상황을 중심으로 2차시 분량의 수업을 실행하였다. 그 결과 학생들은 다른사람의 입장을 이해할 수 있는 계기가 되었으며, 생활주변에서 야기되는 다양한 갈등상황에서 스스로 해결방안을 모색해 볼 수 있는 시간이 되었다는 긍정적인 측면과 진지하지 못하고 산만했다는 부정적인 측면, 또한 여러 가지 주제를 다양하게 다루었으면 좋겠다는 제안도 있었다.;The objectives of the unit 'Family Relations' in high school Home Economics education is to help the students cultivate proper values and self-esteem, maintain harmonious personal relations by not only understanding human relationships in family, but also acquireing role play, and is to wisely cope with many problems occurring in social life: which are indispensable for those living in Modern Society. But at present it is impossible for the students to gain those abilities mentioned above, for the present unit 'Family Relations' lays special emphasis only on memorizing knowledge about the understanding of a family and teaching - learning method on the educational spot. To improve the present educational method, this study develops a new teaching - learning method based on the lesson model of role play concerning the 'Family Relation' area of high school Home Economics education curriculum. This study is theoretically based on the literature and previous studies which deal with the present problems of our various family relations, try to slove them, show a new direction to take, and give many examples about the lesson model of role play and its effect. This study was performed as following procedures : the 'Family Relation' unit of the present high school Home Economics education curriculm was analyzed and surveyed to students to discover the conflicts and their solutions the high school students are now experiencing in their family relations. Accordingly, a new lesson model of the 'Family Relation' area, centered on role play was developed. The lesson model of role play is designed to help the student find herself in social situation and solve their individual inner conflicts by the help of the social groups. It will also encourage the student to identify her feelings, to have deep insight into her values, attitudes and perception of life, and to survey the situation where she is placed from all viewpoints. As a result, she will develop the ability to solve interpersonal problems. Therefore, this study tries to achieve development of the observation, decision - making ability, communication skills and problem - solving ability of the students by applying the lesson model of role play to actual classes. Ultimately, it will help the students maintain harmonious relationships with their family as a member of a family and solve family problems democratically.
