가출 부랑아의 초기적응을 위한 과제중심모델 적용 사례연구

Abstract

오늘날 우리 사회는 급속한 산업화의 과정을 거치면서 고도의 경제성장이라는 풍요를 누리고 있다. 그러나 이러한 산업화의 과정은 동시에 기존체계의 혼란과 함께 갖가지 사회병리적 현상을 유발하고 있는 것 또한 현실이다. 그 중에서도 특히 점점 저연령화, 다양화되고 있는 청소년들의 비행은 우리 사회의 심각한 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 날로 비행화되어 가는 가출 부랑아의 심각성을 조사하고, 가출 부랑아들에 대한 사회사업적인 치료방법으로 과제중심모델을 활용, 그 유용성을 확인하는데 있다. 가출의 문제가 더욱 심각한 이유는 청소년 범죄의 원인이 되는 도벽이나 환각제 흡입, 폭력 등 비행행동을 수반하기 때문이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지금까지 우리 사회의 가출 부랑아에 대한 대책은 원인론적 치료차원이 아닌 통제적인 성격의 집단적 보호차원에서만 이루어져 왔다. 또한 이들 문제에 대한 이론적, 실천적 선행연구가 매우 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 가출 부랑아에 대한 원인론적 규명과 나아가 보다 적극적인 사회사업적 개입 실천방안의 하나로서 과제중심모델을 제시하는 데 그 의의를 둘 수 있다. 본 연구는 과제중심모델을 적용한 가출부랑아의 사례연구로 이루어졌다. 먼저 이론적 배경으로 가출 부랑아의 일반적인 원인을 사회병리적 시각, 사회해체론적 시각, 낙인론적 시각에서 고찰하였으며, 아울러 통계조사에 의한 실증적인 원인분석도 가정적, 사회적, 개인적인 관점에서 함께 병행되었다. 사례연구의 대상은 17세의 가출 부랑아로 절도의 부랑형태를 보이는 청소년이다. 이 사례는 클라이언트의 초기적응을 위한 개입으로서 과제중심모델의 기본 틀에 따라 이루어졌으며, 그 원리와 단계과정을 적용하였다. 그 결과 과제중심모델의 특징인 클라이언트 스스로가 문제해결의 주체로서 과제를 수행해 나가는 과정과 단기 치료의 효과가 본 사례에서도 입증되었다. 가출 부랑아에 대한 기초자료의 결핍과 인원과 시간부족으로 많은 어려움을 안고 있는 일선 임상사회사업가들에게 과제중심모델은 그 유용성이 크며, 보다 다양한 개입방법을 계발하는데 필요한 기초자료로서 본 연구가 활용될 수 있다고 사료된다. 그러나 단일사례연구 결과에 따른 유용성을 모든 사례에 일반화시킬 수 있는지의 여부와 또한 과제중심모델 개입 이외의 외부요인의 영향에 대한 분석이 이루어지지 못하였다는 점이 본 연구의 한계로 남아있다. 사회사업적 치료과정으로서 과제중심모델을 활용하는데 있어서 그 유용성은 앞으로 보다 다양한 사례접근을 통한 연구의 여지가 남아있다고 하겠다.;Today, our society on the process of rapid industrialization, enjoy the richness of high growth of economy. But such a mechanization and industrialization brought about disorder of arleady established value system and causes to variety of social abuses. Especially the irregularity of juvenile delinquent turning into lowering age and diversification becomes a grave issue in our society. The aim of this treatise is to survey the problem of juvenile vagrant as a practical method of and to conform the utility of Task-Centerd Model social work. The gravity of problem of leaving home is due to the fact that juvenile's abscondence accompanied by such as kleptomania, inhalation of a hallucinogen, and acts of violence which causes a criminal offense. However, until now, our counterplan for solution to problems of juvenile vagrant has been not established in the standpoint of clearing up the problematic causes but of housing in the protected facilities. In fact it is difficult to find the preceding theoretical & practical studies in the problems of the juvenile vagrant. So we think that it is significant to survey the genetic causality of juvenile vagrant and to suggest the Task-Centered model as a practical model of Social work. In this essay will be presented a case work of juvenile vagrant, which is adapted to Task-Centered model. First we survey the general genetic factors of juvenile vagrant in point of social pathology, a theory of social disorganization and a branded person theory. Also on the ground of personal, domestic, social viewpoint the causal analysis that is based on statistical report will be represented. The object of case study is a juvenile vagrant, 17 years old, who have a propensity for theft. This casework was formed according to the basic framework of Task-Centered model, As a result of that case study, we conformed the following fact. In the Task-Centerd approach the subject of problem- solving process is the client himself and short-term treatments are effective. This essay on the Task-Centerd social work will be usable to social And it will workers who have no sufficient time for meeting with clients. be applicated to develop various method of social work. But in this treatise we couldn't testify sufficently whether we can adapt the results of the one case study to all another case work, and couldn't analyze the effects of influence on client by another external factors outside of Task-Centered practitioner. So for turning the Task-Centered model to practical use it will be required to study on various kind of a case.
