해체주의적 복식디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

인간이 존재하면서부터 새로운 사상과 사고는 끊임없이 나타났다 소멸되고 있다. 최근에 등장한 해체주의는 기존의 모든 사조에 대해 재사고를 하는 것이며, 서구사상의 바탕이 되었던 형이상학의 이성중심주의와 이분법적 대립을 해체하는 새로운 사고방법이다. 복식이 그 시대의 사회적 욕구와 정신활동의 발자취를 나타내는 중요한 요소라고 볼 때, 해체주의의 영향은 복식에 있어서도 예외가 아니다. 해체주의의 영향은 기존의 절대적인 가치가 깨어지고 이에 반하는 새로운 조류가 형성되고 있는 현대 복식의 흐름과 관계를 맺으며 나타나고 있다. 그러나 복식에 있어서는 가장 근래에 나타나는 현상인 만큼, 회화나 건축 등 타분야와 비교해 볼 때 이에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 해체주의 복식의 개념과 표현방식을 토대로, 그 표현방식 중의 하나인 탈(脫)형식의 코디네이션 이미지를 디자인에 적용하여 복식에 표현함으로써 고정관념에서 벗어난 창조적인 디자인의 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 아울러 패션산업에 활력소가 될 수 있는 실질적인 디자인을 제시함에 있다. 본 연구의 내용은 이론적 배경으로 해체주의의 개념과 특성을 살펴 보고, 미술과 디자인에 있어서 해체주의의 개념과 표현에 대해 알아 보았다. 이것을 근거로 해체주의 복식의 개념을 정립하고 해체주의 디자이너들의 작품을 분석하여 그 표현방식을 분류하였다. 그리고 해체주의 복식의 표현방식 중에서 탈(脫)형식의 코디네이션으로 연구범위를 정하여 분석한 후, 탈(脫)형식의 코디네이션 이미지를 모티브로 작품을 제작하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 이론적 배경의 연구를 위한 문헌조사와 참고작품을 수집하여 정리, 분석하였고 그것을 토대로 작품을 제작하였다. 작품대상은 20-30대 초반에 이르는 여성이고, 실물 8점으로 실용성 위주로 제작하였다. 작품제작을 위해 탈(脫)형식의 코디네이션의 표현을 형태를 중심으로 세분화시켜 분류한 결과, 속옷과 겉옷의 공존, double item, 아이템의 결합으로 나눌 수 있었다. 이것을 디자인 컨셉으로 하여 작품에 표현한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 탈(脫)형식의 코디네이션 이미지의 응용은 기존의 상식을 뛰어넘는 새로운 디자인 접근방법이 되었고, 이를 통해 창조적이면서도 실질적인 디자인의 가능성을 제시할 수 있었다. 2. 속옷과 겉옷의 공존의 경우, 속옷을 겉으로 드러내는 역설을 통해 통념을 깨는 디자인 모티브로 활용할 수 있었고, 겉옷으로 이용된 속옷의 형태는 인체의 부드러운 곡선을 나타내는데 효과적이었다. 3. double item의 경우, 형태나 색상이 다른 동일한 아이템을 반복적으로 구성함으로써 단순함에서 벗어난 변화를 줄 수 있었다. 4. 아이템의 결합의 경우, 서로 상반된 아이템이나 이미지가 한 아이템 내에서 공존함으로 이질감의 결합이라는 새로운 디자인 발상을 가능하게 하였다. 5. 소재에 있어서 서로 다른 느낌을 주는 소재를 함께 사용함으로써 속옷과 겉옷, 상반되는 아이템의 결합에서 오는 이질감을 강조하고 일상적인 평범함에서 벗어난 독특한 효과를 줄 수 있었다.;Since mankind began to exist, a lot of ideas and thoughts have continuously entered on the stage and then disappeared. Recently emerged 'Deconstruction' is the new way of thinking which reconsiders all the existed trends of thoughts and destructs metaphysical reasonalism and coordinate concept which had been the basis on Western culture. As we can see that fashion has showed contemporary social desires and tracks of mental activities, it has unexceptionally been influenced a lot by destruction. In the current fashion tendency, exist absolute values have been disappreciated and on the contrary, new fashion trend has appeared. These change has been caused by deconstruction. Deconstruction fashion design has, however, been paid less attention than any other fields like paintings and construction, because it was the most newly developed phenomenon. The purposes of this study are, on the basis of the definition and expressions of deconstruction fashion, and to apply No Rule coordinate image - one way of deconstruction fashion to practical design and to provide possibilities of creative design which is different from fixed idea and to present practical designs which can invigorate fashion industry. The contents of this study are, first of all, to take a look at the definition and qualities of deconstruction in the theoretical background and its expression on paintings and design. Upon this foundation, I defined the deconstruction fashion and criticized its fashion items and classified its way of expressions. Among several ways of them, I chose No Rule coordination as my study target and made practical works by No Rule coordination image. The ways of study are to research the documents for the theoretical study and to criticize some works which I collected as references, and to mate eight works by its image. The objects for works are the women in twenties through early thirties. In conclusion to itemize No Rule coordination expressions and classily them, I could group them in three parts. The combination of inner wears and out wears, the double items, and the combination of double items. 1. The application of No Rule coordination image could be a new approach to fashion design, which can break up fixed ideas and provide creative and practical design. 2. As for the coexistence of inner wears and out wears, through the paradox which inner wear could be put on as outwear, new design concept could be motivated, and those inner wears would be effective to express body line. 3. Double items, which are the same items different only from color or shape, could be put one over another, could give much varieties than using only simple item. 4. The combination of items could make it possible to coexist the opposite items or image into one item, create new expressions, that is, the combination of heterogeneity. 5. In case of materiors, using the different image of materiors could make it possible to emphasize the heterogeneity that come from the coexistence of inner wears and out wears and the combination of items and create unique effect.
