都市이미지를 通한 內的 表現 硏究

Abstract

By the movement to escape from the myth of purify of modernism and from the reductionistic formalism, recent modern painting has been dramatically extended in its contents and forms. As the absolute style collapsed, the varieties of the styles co-exist including all the past once-existed styles, and the pluralism is emerging which contributes equal values to all the styles. In style, modem painting seeks to find out the possibilities of horizontal varieties, rather than the vertical and linear succession of the dominant trends. The standardized high-quality painting style of modernism has been vanished. Modem artists perform their artistic activities based upon their own individual 'sensibility.' I am interested in the interaction between the inner world of <원문누락>;최근의 현대미술은 모더니즘의 순수성의 신화와 還元的 形式主義에서 벗어나려는 움직임에 의하여 內容과 形式이 급격하게 擴張되고 있다. 절대양식의 붕괴와 더불어 과거의 모든 양식을 포함하는 다양한 양식들이 공존하며 모든 양식에 동등한 가치를 부여하는 다원주의(Pluralism)적 경향이 나타나고 있다. 양식에 있어서 수직적인 미술 방향의 전개에서 벗어나 수평적인 다양한 가능성을 찾아내려하며, 모더니즘의 미적 안목에 의한 표준적 고급 미술양식이라는 것은 사라지게 되었다. 현대의 예술가들은 자신만이 가지고 있는 개인의 특유한 '감각'을 바탕으로 해서 예술활동을 전개해 가고 있다. 본인은 현대의 다원화된 양식의 共存이라는 상황 속에서 인간의 內面世界와 그것을 둘러싼 外的 世界의 '만남'에 대해 관심을 가지게 되었다. 이러한 관심은 都市에서의 삶이라는 본인의 일상에서의 경험과, 本人과 都市環境과의 感應에서 포착할 기회를 얻게 된다. 본 논문은 본인의 작품제작과 관련지어 내용적 측면과 방법적 측면을 연구한 부분과 본인 작품분석으로 구성되어 있다. 내용적 연구에서는 회화에서의 일상적 모티브를 밝히고, 都市環境과의 교감에서 전이된 이미지에서 形象을 통해 內的 表現이 가능하게 됨을 서술하고자 한다. 방법적 연구에서는 反復과 構築에 의한 표현방법에 대해서 살펴보고 색채가 갖는 직접적인 전달기능에 촛점을 맞추고자 한다. 끝으로 본인의 작품을 제시, 분석함으로써 작업에 대한 반성과 함께 앞으로의 방향모색을 위한 토대로 삼고자 한다.
