근로자의 직무유형에 따른 여가태도, 여가만족의 차이

Abstract

본 연구는 근로자의 직무유형(사무직, 생산직)에 따른 여가태도, 여가만족의 차이와 인구통계학적·사회경제적 변인에 따라 사무직 근로자와 생산직 근로자의 여가태도와 여가만족에 차이가 있는지를 규명하고, 직무유형별로 여가태도가 여가만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이와같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 서울시에 소재한 근로자를 모집단으로 선정하여 사무직 근로자와 생산직 근로자를 대상으로 하여 대기업과 중소기업을 중심으로 표본을 추출하였다. 표집방법은 유층집락표집(stratified cluster sampling)을 이용하여 근로자 924명을 표집하였다. 본 연구에서 근로자의 직무유형(사무직, 생산직)에 따른 여가태도, 여가만족의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 "여가태도척도(Leisure Attitude Scale)(LAS)"와 "여가만족척도(Leisure Satisfaction Scale)(LSS)"를 이용하였고, 설문지는 응답자가 자기평가기입법으로 응답하도록 하였다. 자료분석을 위한 통계기법은 t-검증, 공변량분석(Analysis of Covariance), 상관관계분석(Correlation Analysis), 중다회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결과가 나타났다. 첫째, 근로자의 직무유형(사무직, 생산직)에 따른 여가태도는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 여가만족은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구통계학적·사회경제적 변인에 따른 사무직 근로자와 생산직 근로자의 여가태도는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 여가만족은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 근로자의 직무유형(사무직, 생산직)에 따라서 여가태도가 여가만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.;The purposes of this study were to examine the differences of leisure attitude, leisure satisfaction between two employment status. The subjects of the study were randomly stratified cluster sampled among the workers employed by public institutions in Seoul. There were 493 of office workers and 431 of production workers. The background variables of the study were sex, age partnet, income, education level; the independent variable were the different employment status(white, blue collar worker); the dependent variables were leisure attitude, and leisure stisfaction. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. it consisted of 66 question : 6 question for demographic and social economic status, 36 for leisure attitude, 24 for leisure satisfaction.. The rellabillty of the questionnaire ranged from. 8801 to, 9376 as Cronbach's α values. The data were analyzed with t-test, analysis of covariance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study were : (1) There existed a significant attitudinal difference between white and blue collar worker group, but not in the case of leisure satisfaction. (2) When all the covariates were controlled, no significant difference existed in leisure satisfaction. However, significant difference existed in leisure attitude between two groups. (3) It was formal that leisure attitude was significant associated with leisure satisfaction in two contrasting groups. Based upon the findings from this study and within limitations, the researcher discussed the future directions for the enhancement of workers leisure in general.
