가정과 수업 강의 보조 매체로서의 Slide활용

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 가정 학습단원 중 의생활 단원인 스커트 만들기 과정을 강의 보조 매체인 Slide로 제작함으로써 실질적이고 효과적인 교수-학습효과를 창출하고자 함이다. 연구방법은 '개더 스커트 만들기'를 주제로 선택하여 스커트의 변천사를 시작으로 스커트 기본 원형 제도, 본뜨기, 옷감 손질, 마름질, 시침 바느질, 보정하기, 본바느질, 끝 손질까지의 전과정을 Slide로 제작하였고 아울러 교사의 지도를 돕기위해 각 Slide에 따른 강의안을 작성하였다. 가정과 실기교육에 있어서 Slide의 이용은 1. 실습내용을 반복 시범해야 하는 문제점을 없앨 수 있어 교수시간이 단축되고 대신 학생의 참여시간이 늘어나고 교사의 개별지도가 가능해 진다. 2. 실기, 실습에 능숙하지 못한 교사라 할지라도 어려운 전문적 분야까지 Slide를 통해 시범을 보일 수 있다는 잇점이 있다. 3. 의복 만들기의 전 과정을 Slide를 통해 봄으로써 학생들은 간접적 완성의 기쁨을 느낄 수 있고, 또한 전체 실습과정의 흐름을 쉽게 파악할 수 있다. 따라서 의복 만들기 수업 과정에 있어 Slide를 도입하므로써 학습 목표에 대한 이해가 분명해지고 교수-학습이 효율적으로 이루어 질 수 있으며 학습의욕이 촉진될 수 있을 것이다. 이와 같은 관점에서 볼 때 교수-학습지도 방법의 참신하고 다양한 개선을 위해 교사 개개인의 창의적이고 적극적인 연구와 노력이 요구되고, 상급기관의 차원에서도 전문가에 의한 시청각 교육의 개발과 보급에 대한 관심과 협조가 요청되는 바이다.;This study aimed to enhance the teaching effectiveness in carrying out the education of Home Economics in Middle Schools. Despite the importance of its nature as a practical study, education of Home Economics has been tilted towards theoretical aspects based on a text. This tendency may be due to a lack of drill facilities, time allocated for drill units, expert teachers, or to crowded class which may cause a slow progress in learning. In this study, taking into consideration the problems described above, an attempt to facilitate the way of teaching in drill education was made by introducing a teaching aid, 'slide' among others. 'Gather skirt making' was selected as a subject for making slides and the procedure of making a gather skirt was taken photos of in slides from the preparation to finishment. The contents of the slides were those as displays of various skirt shapes in different periods, measuring, drawing, cutting, sewing and evaluating processes of making a gather skirt. In addition, a written manuscript for a corresponding slide was prepared for a teacher to use when she explains a slide step by step. The use of the slide as a teaching aid for making a gather skirt is expected to be beneficial, bring about an increased interest for both teachers and students. This then economizes the time allocated for a drill unit which would otherwise be easily wasted due to a necessity of repeated explanation, allowing a teacher to spend more time helping student in practice. By watching slides, students can achieve an indirect experiences of making a skirt, thus understanding the general flow of the making process. Slides are also very handy in that they can be used continually from time to time. Therefore, the advantage to be obtained by using slides for a drill education in Home Economics may be of great help for an enhancement of effective teachings of drill units.
