EC 경제통합과 대외무역정책에 관한 고찰

Abstract

EC는 1967년에 유럽경제공동체(EEC), 유럽석탄, 철강공동체(ECSC), 유럽원자력 공동체(EAEC)의 3대공동체를 통합함으으로써 단일 공동체를 형성하게 되었다. 현재 EC는 세계 최대의 무역규모를 갖고 있는 거대시장이다. 그러나 우리나라의 대 EC 교역량은 전체교역량에 비해 미미한 수준에 있다. 더우기 1987년 유럽단일하 계획이후 역내시장통합이 꾸준히 진행되고 있는데 이에따라 EC는 앞으로 세계시장에서의 중요성이 점점 더 증가할 것으로 보이다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 향후 EC와의 경제관계 개선과 대 EC 부역을 확대하기 위해서 EC의 대외무역정책과 EC 통합의 추진상황을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 논 문에서는 먼저, 경제통합 이론을 고찰한후 EC 경제권의 발전과정 및 세계에서 차지할 경제력을 주요선진국과 비교함으로써 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 EC의 대외무역정책을 분석하고자 하며, 마지막 부분에서는 우리나라의 대 EC 교역현황과 EC의 우리나라에 대한 수입규제현황을 살펴보고 제 문제점을 고찰하여 EC의 대외무역정책에 의해 부과되는 각종 보호주의적 규제조치에 대해 효과적인 대응방안에 관해서 언급하고자 한다.;The EC(European Community) is an Integreation Community, established by Merger Treaty in 1967, with ECSC(European Coal and Steel Community). also organized by Paris Treaty in 1952, with EEC(European Economic Community) by Rome Treaty in 1958. and the EAEC(Europian Atomic Energy Community). The EC is a huge market which accomuts for about one third of total trade volume of the world. However, the trade with this market stands extremly low. Therefor, The purpose of this study has made analysis on the EC's External trade Policy and interg□ of EC economy to expand cooperation of economy and t□ in the future. For an□ is study, the first, analyzed the Economic intergration theories. The second, analyzed the EC synthetic process of economy. The third, after analyzing EC's External trade policy. And lastly, we had conclusion on this study showing a number of schemes for the sake of our country making inroad into the EC Market to efficiently cope with various kinds of restrictive measures and protectionalism posed by the EC's External trade policy.
