Abstract
The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between the children's creativity development and the psycholgical home environment variable factos and status - of - home environment variable factors which influence greatly on their creativity development. The issues may be concretly said as follows: 1. Does the children's creativity development has any correlation with the psychological home invironment variable factors? 1-a. inter-personal relations 1-b. individual development. 1-c. system maintenance 2. Does the children's creativity development has any differences according to following home status environment variable factors? 1-a. parents' educational background 1-b. parents' vocational career 189 children attending to the fifth grade of three elementary schools in Seoul were participated in the study as the required subjects for the examination of the above problems. Each subject child received an creativity test, and also received a home environment perception test by questionnaire. Shoud be emphasized that the psycholigical environment is a variable factor that can be changed according to the possible efforts among the family members, though the status environment is hard to change. That is, it is suggested that such concerns among the family members are required of that might make the liberal home atmosphere, respect the child's indiviual wishes, and provide a variety of opportunites for experience. menbers of the home play their roles to maintain the home. That is, it is suggested that such concerns among the family members are required of that might make the liberal home atmosphere, respect the child's indiviual wishes, and provide a variety of opportunites for experience.;본 연구의 목적은 아동의 창의성과 창의성에 영향을 미치는 가정의 지위환경변인 및 아동이 지각한 가정의 심리적 환경변인과의 관계를 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구에서 알아보고자 하는 것을 구체적으로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 1. 아동의 창의성은 가정의 심리적 환경변인과 상관이 있는가? 1 - a 대인관계 1 - b 개인발달 1 - c 체제유지 2. 아동의 창의성은 가정의 지위환경변인에 따라 차이가 있는가? 2 - a 부모의 학력 2 - b 부모의 직업 위의 문제를 조사하기 위하여 서울시내 3개 국민학교 5학년 아동 189명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 대상 아동에게는 창의성 검사를 실시하였으며 가정환경지각 검사는 질문지법으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관계수와 평균을 구하여 처리하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동의 창의성은 가정의 심리적 환경지각과 유의한 상관이 있으며 특히 체제유지차원 즉 가정의 구성원들이 가정을 유지하기 위하여 기능적으로 작용하는 정도에 대한 아동의 지각 차원과 더욱 유의한 상관이 있다. 창의성 하위요인 중에서는 독창성이 가정의 심리적 환경지각과 가장 유의한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 아동의 창의성은 가정의 지위환경변인과 유의한 상관이 있다. 부모의 학력이 높을수록 아동의 창의성이 높으며, 부모의 직업이 관리직, 전문직인 경우 근로직, 숙련직에 비해 아동의 창의성이 높다. 이상 살펴본 바와 같이 가정환경은 아동의 창의성 발달에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 가정환경변인 중에서 지위환경은 변화시키기 어려우나 심리적 환경은 가족 구성원의 노력 여하에 따라 변화 가능한 것으로 특히 그 중요성이 강조되어야 할 것이다. 가정의 분위기를 자유롭고, 아동 개인 의사를 존중하며 다양한 경험의 기회를 부여할 수 있도록 가족 구성원 간의 배려가 필요함을 시사하고 있다.
