졸업연주회 프로그램을 중심으로 한 A. Vivaldi, H. Purcell, C. Gounod, G.Mahler, G. Donizetti의 성악작품에 대한 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 본인이 1990년 10월 12일에 가진 석사과정 이수를 위한 졸업연주회 프로그램을 중심으로 17세기부터 19세기 말에 걸친 성악곡들의 특징등을 연구하여 그것들의 이해를 돕고자 함을 목적으로 한다. Antonio Vivaldi(1678~1741)는 바로크 시대에 이태리를 대표할 수 있는 작곡가로 성악작품보다는 협주곡으로 더 유명하다. 본 논문에서 살펴 본 4Aria중 3곡은 Vivaldi의 후기작품이다. Henry Purcell(1659~1695)은 17세기 후반 영국 최대의 작곡가이다. 그는 어떤 형식에도 구애 받지 않는 다양한 형태의 가곡을 작곡하였는데 그의 종교가곡인 「The Blessed Virgin's Expostulation」은 1693년에 작곡된 것이다. Charles Gounod(1818~1893)는 19세기 프랑스 음악을 대표할 수 있는 작곡가로 프랑스 Melodie에 큰 공헌을 하였다. 본 논문에서 살펴 본 4개의 가곡은 1840~42년과 1876년에 작곡된 것이다. Gustave Mahler(1860~1911)는 후기 낭만주의 시대를 근대 음악에 직접으로 이끈 작곡가로 여기서 살펴 본 5개의 가곡은 1882년에 작곡된 그의 초기작품이다. Gaetano Donizetti(1797~1848)는 19세기 전반기에 활약한 이태리의 opera 작곡가이다. 그의 opera 「Don Pasquale」는 1843년에 완성되었고 'So anch'io la virtu magica'는 1막 2장에 나오는 Aria 이다.;The writer gave a graduate voice ricital on October 12, 1990 for the M.M. degree in voice performance. This paper aims a closer look at the characteristics of the songs of the period from 17th century to the latter half of 19th century but it is concentrating on the works to be performed at my graduation ricital. Antonio Vivaldi (1678-1741) was a representative composer of Italy in the Baroque period. He was more famous concerto than vocal works. I study three of his 4 Arias in this paper and those are his the latter works. Henry Purcell (1659-1695) was the greatest composer in the latter half of 17th century in England. He composed various songs regardless of form and then his representative sacred song "The Blessed Virgin's Expostulation was composed in 1693. Charles Gounod (1818-1893) was a representative composer in 19th century in France and he was contributed to French Melodie. I studied his four songs in this paper that were composed in 1840-42 and 1876. Gustave Mahler (1860-1911) was a composer to approach from Five songs in paper were the late Romanticism to Modern Music. Five songs in paper were his early works, which were composed 1882. Gaetano Donizetti (1797-1848) was an Italian opera composer in the first half of 19th century. His opera "Don Pasquale" was completed in 1843, and 'So anch'io la virtu magica' is a Aria in one acts and two scenes.
